We were 5 families booked into this hotel as part of our Kenya tour package. As a family of 4 including children, we needed 2 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see the massive size of the hotel apartment - huge 2 bedroom apartment - big living room, 2 huge bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed there mainly for the night, so didn't get to explore the facilities. But the dinner was part of the package-this is next surprise we had - it was open al-a-carte where we could order anything on the menu (excluding alcoholic bevereages). The food was just outstanding - nothing to fault in any of the items ordered by our entire group. Breakfast was a buffet which was fine. The staff were also very helpful. There was a mall 2 minutes walk away - Sarit mall - which was convenient as well. One of the families were upgraded to the pent house which has to be seen to believe - such a fine and massive suite.

I recently stayed here with a few friends and family and while the rooms are big and spacious, the hotel itself is outdated and needs renovation. The showers are poor, with water sprouting in all directions. The toilets have stains from over usage. The water in the bathroom is slimy meaning you always feel like you’re covered in soap. The rooms aren’t cleaned properly by the staff; extremely dusty and they keep using the same water to mop all the rooms meaning the water used for mopping is dirty. The only positive we can say is that we were a group of people and the manager at the restaurant catered to our dietary plans and service was excellent. In terms of rooms it’s poor. The tv reception has fuzzy and half the channels don’t work.
