We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. This hotel has serious security problems. My son couldn’t remember his room number and approached the wrong room. His key unlocked the door. He tried the next room and it unlocked. His key unlocked every door. We talked to the hotel manager who had the nerve to accuse him of trying to illegally get into other rooms, instead of apologizing for the serious security breach to us and everyone staying here. Both of our keys were issued as master keys which unlock every single room. If they are so careless that they issue anyone and everyone with master keys, no one staying here is safe. We were denied help by the front desk and need to get out of here before someone enters our room against our will. Also the hotel smells musty/moldy, disguised with tons of Febreze to the point of being nauseating.

這是一個較老的物業，在小鎮的一個不太好的地方進行了改建。停車不是最好的。他的清潔讓我最不高興。當我們起床進入房間時，我去了洗手間，幸好我的一個小孩子沒有先走，因為那是廁所裏整個BUTT的污點。我很噁心。我給前台打了電話，他們派遣了保安人員，保安人員給了我清潔劑和一條毛巾來清洗馬桶。我的丈夫和兒子去吃早餐了，這不是真正的早餐。他說基本上都是穀物，所以我們第二天根本不回去吃早餐。位置很不錯，可以到達會議中心和游輪停車場。床是小型標準尺寸的床，不是大號床，而且網上顯示的尺寸幾乎沒有。我絕對很可能僅出於絕對必要而使用此位置，但是我看到的情況更糟。地板也需要清潔。
