This hotel has excellent conditions, with all kinds of facilities readily available, making it ideal for a vacation. The staff service is also superb, promptly resolving any issues that arise.

I was very much impressed with the quality of the room & just how peaceful & quiet the whole complex was as a whole. Definitely coming back.

The room was dirty and stained on arrival . The coffee mugs were stained inside and there was urine on the floor of the bathroom . Knives and forks all greasy . Stains all over the couches.

Had a pleasant two night stay here with my partner. Very walkable distance to the marina which has eateries and also the option to jump on the ferry to Hastings Street which I highly recommend! Unfortunately our shower was leaking, but it wasn't the end of the world. We also had very noisy neighbours stomping around above us, keeping us awake our last night and woke us up first thing the next morning. I think it might just be thin walls, so probably not much can be done!

Nice room but we wete tucked away in a corner of the resort so trees were over hanging onto balcony. Made room dark. A horrible smell in the room when we arrived. No pool towels offered. Big problem when your an overseas traveller with limited baggage allowance. Pool area was nice. Staff friendly.
