Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville. L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique. Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Wi-Fi不通,衛生間有排水問題導致積水,房間也有蚊子,但沒有驅蚊液房間不隔音,所以我整晚都聽到隔壁房間裏一對夫婦吵架,打擾了我的睡眠。餐廳自助晚餐選擇很少,大部分是非素食的,對於我這種素食者來說是不利的。總體來說,在他們收費的價格上,是非常一般的酒店我建議您以相同的價格尋找其他選擇。

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

Your location hotel rigmor riddhi siddhi complex, gulab bagh rd, behind v-mart - udaipur-surajpole, surajpole, udaipur, rajasthan 313001 hotel subhadip dutta 2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.

A beautiful heritage hotel building which gives a royal feeling. Located just a 5min walk from the lakes. Many roof top restaurants around to relax & have dinner. Only recommendation is to improve food selections for morning breakfast
