訪訪客Right in the middle of lake with beautifully decorated rooms with marble. Big lavish bathroom with huge tub and shower. We were upgraded to historical heritage suit with attractive lake facing royal sitting arrangement.common areas were befitting to a palace and the staff was highly trained. At night lobby level verandah as well as terraces just gave extraordinary view of the lake and building of the city.food was just superb.only shortcoming was that the AC was not adjusted enough for low temperature and it is a shame for such beautiful high cost hotel that we were advised to keep the fan on.

訪訪客We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

訪訪客Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

訪訪客L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel de réception est très gentil et réactif. Nous avons eu un problème avec la réservation du site Trip.com et les réceptionnistes nous ont beaucoup aidé et ils ont trouvé une solution. Ils nous ont aussi conseillé pour les réservations de taxis et de visite de la ville.
L'hôtel est très bien décoré. Il s'agit d'une ancienne école de miniatures, nous avons pu visiter et prendre des photos, c'est magnifique.
Le restaurant n'est pas très confortable et le mobilier du restaurant a besoin d'être changé.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

2062 points 3 days ago-this is one of the best value for money hotel with in house restaurant. Located at one side of riddhi siddhi complex, at surajpole, udaipur. They have a basement parking facility (limited to 7-8 cars) which is really cool. Also parking is outside on road as well. Well connected with rest of old as well as new city. Places like city palace, lake pichola, lake fateh sagar are nearby (within periphery of around 2-5 kms. Sajjan garh monsoon palace is about 11 kms from here. Veg food is available in house restaurant and price is moderate and of good quality. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Service is bit slow but good. Lift available and disabled friendly. Overall, good experience. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting the city first time. For city tour or arranging cab not sure, please contact manager.
