哈馬什米爾達別墅酒店(Villa Hammerschmiede)

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Mit Hund gereist - kein Problem. Tiefgagrage benutzt - kostet, war´s mir aber wert. Freundlicher Service, überall. Schönes Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant (nicht im Preis inbegriffen) war sehr gut. Viele Grüße Franz-Peter Schmickler

Normalerweise schreibe ich nur Bewertungen, wenn ich etwas auszusetzen habe. Dieses Hotel macht eine Ausnahme. Aus dem herrlichen Grund, weil es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Vom freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Empfang bis hin zum Zimmerservice passt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Zimmerausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend (wir hatten das Candle-Light-Dinner) und zum Frühstück am nächsten Tag wurde, auf Wunsch, auch so etwas wie ein englisches Frühstück serviert. Ich kenne einige 5-Sterne Hotels in Deutschland. Dieses ragt aber deutlich heraus. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre vielleicht eine Erweiterung der Bierauswahl. Nicht jeder Gast ist Weinliebhaber. Aber das soll keine Kritik sein. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freue mich bereits auf den nächsten Besuch.

Établissement relais châteaux exceptionnel. Même la chambre la moins chère tout en haut de la bâtisse était très spacieuse avec un lit gigantesque. Dans la chambre tout était impeccable. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine et le jacuzzi sont très agréables. Ambiance raffinée et intime au restaurant. J’ai trouvé que le restaurant était un peu cher par rapport aux prestations, il y a un effort mais malgré tout le résultat n’était pas exceptionnel dans l’assiette. Le dessert étant sans goût par exemple.

Wie etwas!

Allocated a huge bedroom. Good décor & very clean. Provided with a large fan which was very welcoming in the humid weather. Room had the most tiniest of balconies, so sweet. For the first time in 9 nights we had no kettle or coffee machine in the room. Bottle of water provided. Small glass of sparkling on arrival. Terrible internet in the bedroom, if you stood by the door it was much better. Breakfast buffet was good quality with eggs cooked to order. Lovely patio area to eat alfresco. Dinner was well presented and friendly & very efficient service. Our menu did have petit Fours included however we did not get them offered. Would return again if in this area.

We had a few very nice stays here a couple of years ago, but our latest stay was a little disappointing. It was still OK, but the VIP trea**ent and excellent food that we experienced before is no longer present. The hotel also showed some signs of neglect, and needs maintenance. Food was moderate, nothing like the Michelin star quality of a few years ago. I will not return here anymore, unless the manager decides to perform a major reorganisation.

Room, bed, bathroom very good. Swimming pool and wellness facilities 24/24.

Like other reviews, we found this to be very dated, old, run down, and shabby. The property has an odd odour, like stale hot dogs. The service was sub-par, no help with luggage, surly restaurant staff, and absolutely lacking in warmth or a welcoming feeling. Adding to the poor experience was the near constant sound of chain saws in the forest, starting early in the morning. The property is located off a fairly busy road, so it’s not at all peaceful. This did not meet the standard of a R&C and we could not wait to leave.

We booked to stay at Villa Hammerschmiede for three nights thinking that because it was a Relais & Chateaux member it would be wonderful. Unfortunately, the reality is very different. This is a hotel that is living on its reputation. The building and its furnishings are tired and worn and badly in need of refurbishment. But the most terrible thing about Villa Hammerschmiede is the smell of stale cooking oil. Even our room smelled of stale cooking oil. We arrived too late in the day to change our plans and find another hotel. We spent an uncomfortable night and got up early to check out. When we told the receptionist that we were leaving because of the smell of stale cooking oil it was clear from her expression that we were not the first people to have cut short their stay at Villa Hammerschmiede because of the smell.
