Lage des Hotels ok, gegenüber gleich Tankstelle, viele Parkplätze, weit vom Zentrum entfernt, Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sehr hellhörig, sauber, Kühlschrank/Mikrowelle/Kaffeemaschine/Bügeleisen

The gentleman who checked us in told us lots of jokes while we were getting our keys, and was a very friendly person. The room itself was adequate, pretty clean, however for the life of us we could not find the tv remote, and there were signs of it being an older room (spots on the carpet, markings on the walls). For a one night stay though no overall major complaints

I have been coming here for quite a few years. The price is good and usually don’t have an issue with the room considering it’s not a high end place. But it was quite uncomfortable during my stay last night because the entire room stunk of pot. The smell was overpowering to the point where my friend and I couldn’t spend the night and checked out early. The couch in the room was also covered in various stains and cigarette burns. Even though it was a no smoking room, it was obvious that a ton of smoking taking place in there

The manager Jay welcomed us with open arms! He made us feel like we were at home! Jay went above and beyond to ensure that are experience in Pico Rivera, Ca. was great! Thank you Jay and the staff at the Epic Hotel for a great experience!

I had a great experience during my stay at this motel. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which immediately made me feel welcome. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated the fact that I was able to transfer rooms to better accommodate my group, even though I hadn't initially booked enough space. One of my concerns was hearing negative things about the area, but to my surprise, I found it to be quite pleasant. The owner of the nearby liquor store was also very friendly, and the area's recent renovations, including the roads, made it a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Plus, there was ample parking available, which was a big bonus. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Let me first say the customer service was immaculate from the Manager. If I could base my stay on his hospitality it would be all 8’s! Unfortunately that is not the case. The parking was limited, but we got a spot. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the Manager and I had a late check in with no wait. Once in the room it had a foul odor that smelled like musty clothes and mildew. There was stains all on the walls and the floor looked dirty. The TV played one channel and the bed was extremely hard. On the first night there was a guy roaming on the property getting very close to vehicles and that was alarming. However the Manager managed to get him to leave without incident. The rooms need an upgrade wall to wall and that would really make this place a comfortable place to stay. For us it lacked comfort all together. Based on the reviews I wanted to love it.

check in/out was easy. room was cleaned even with just a 2 day stay (i didn't expect that). some customers on the other hand are in need of etiquette training and need some consideration, allowing their kids to run around stomping at early hours. non disabled customer parking in the middle (diagonal blue *****e area) of 2 disabled parking spot thus making both disabled parking spot unusable - Black Jaguar California plate 8TEJ738.

Everything was great at this hotel. It was clean, spacious, quiet & staff was kind. The area it’s in is very convenient as to you can walk to get food or snacks. My only complaint is that house keeping went into my room when I wasn’t there. I personally am not fond of that & preferred they ask when I’m there. Other than that, it was good. I’d recommend this hotel.

This property was not as advertised. When i arrived the staff was nice enough. I have no problem with them. However, after i arrived i went out to grab some food. When i got back to the hotel room the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly and there was a terrible smell in the room. I would describe it as a sewage smell. I could not resolve this issue because all of the words and the numbers on the unit were not readable as they were missing. So i was basically just pushing buttons hoping I could land on the right combination to get it to cool. I thought i got it at one point so i went to sleep. Apparently i did not get it to work because i was hot and miserable all night long. Another thing i would like to point out was that the fitted sheet on the mattress did not cover the entire mattress. I was about a foot short from the foot end. So i felt the rough part of the mattress all night long. So the next morning after a terrible nights sleep i went into the batroom to shower. I set my backpack on the floor of the bathroom by the door. When i was done showering i went to grab my clothes out of my backpack to discover that they were wet. I looked at the floor and it was covered in water from the shower. Now this could be my fault but I have been to many hotels in my life and never had a shower leak so bad in my life. All in all i feel like the rating on this hotel is greatly exaggerated. I will not be staying here again.
