Liked · Excellent hotel. Read previously reviews which described the hotel as clean, friendly and excellent value. This were all true. The staff were amazing, and super attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean everywhere, and the rooms were cleaned daily at a high standard. The room cleaners were great. Swimming pool and fitness were very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, just across from the beach and ideal location to stroll around the area. Bus stop is nearby which goes to Palma centre. Really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We received an upgrade to a fantastic room near the adult only pool. Everything with this hotel is top notch. Best breakfast ever, the dinner at roof top restaurant also perfect. Service superb in reception and bars. Cleaning was absolutly perfect. Comfortable beds and perfect clinmate control and good isolation in walls gave us a perfect sleep. Good location near supermarket and 8 min walk to beach.

我們住在一間有海景的1臥室公寓裏。很棒的地方,因爲它離海灘很近。如果沒有遮蔭,你可以在白天來來去去。從前台到客房清潔工,員工都很可愛,都很隨和。我睡在沙發牀上,因爲房間牀墊對我來說太軟了,房間也很熱,因爲外面沒有空氣,除非你喜歡用空調睡覺。酒店旁邊有超市,所以你可以買你需要的東西。周圍有很多餐館,水族館很近。他們每天晚上在工作日晚上都有兒童表演,晚上還有外面的音樂。關於酒店的餐廳,早餐和晚餐的選擇很多。我確實覺得它有點乏味,沒有太多的味道,所以這是我唯一不給它5*的部分。我喜歡幾盤菜,但其餘的我只是吃了,因爲我有一半食材。甜點基本上是一些海綿蛋糕,水果或冰淇淋。期待一家4*的酒店。總的來說,我仍然推薦它的位置-一流!

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

早餐還不錯，離海灘很近，房間有露台躺椅，洗漱用品熱水壺配備。前台很 nice，為我們講解到帕爾馬首府的25路、15路和23路，以及在帕爾馬市區乘坐seesight line，一次購票可以在24小時內使用，在任意經典下車遊覽，車上有語音導覽中文。但是退房時，清潔服務員來催我們，甚至摔門而去撞掉我的外套在地上也不管，也是挺狠的，當時可能衹是中午12:10。還沒到時間已經來催表達不滿

I had a really nice stay in the Taurus hotel. Personal was very friendly. Comfortable & clean rooms. Very good food at the restaurant. Helpful reception. I was on a bike holiday and this hotel was the main point of the bike operator, very close to the bikeshop/bikestorage. However, other guests were not affected by this. I definitely go back for a stay in this hotel!

這次的西班牙行程 這個酒店絕對是亮點 給我帶來了很多驚喜。酒店前台服務熱情周到 房間乾淨舒適 隔音效果很好 訂的海景房景色也很不錯。最值得誇獎的是酒店的自助餐 我們早晚都在酒店吃自助餐 品種繁多 每天都不一樣 關鍵還很好吃 品質很不錯。
