Didn't like the lock mechanism on the outside of the door. it was too hard to get in with the chip reader card

Room molding smells, dirty, not clean, old worn down hotel. Definitely not recommended.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating for our needs. Rooms were cleaned every day. Very nice out doors area for grilling. Clean pool and awesome breakfasts. We will be back.

I did NOT take a shower, since at 9:30 am there was only lukewarm water. They should NOT advertise breakfast. No juice. stale cereal, stale bread, no hot water for my tea bags, no fruit, no yogurt. Staff was very polite and room was very clean. Nice looking pool, which I didn't use.

The first room was dirty and had burn wholes in the bed cover and chair. Second room was. Must better.

From the feed back I saw and the photos it was a very nice motel. But the door would not open, and when it did it was hard, no seals on the bottom of the door you could see out from under it. The bath was not inviting, part of the door jam was rusted away from the leaking tub. No stopper for the bath drain. If I do it again I will look to a Holiday Inn Express or similar.

Good room for the value. Room was clean enough, and they were pet friendly. No complaints for what I spent.

There was COCKROACHES running out bathroom! There was also food on our bed! We left immediately!

This hotel staff was excellent and the rate was affordable. I will stay here in my future visits. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. It was convenient and easy parking in front of our room that was very important for us.

This place is DISGUSTING. We reserved this place on line. Once we got there and got to our room, it was horrible. The carpets were stained badly. Every single piece of bedding had burn holes in it. The office chair looked like it had been there since 1981 (as did pretty much everything else, except for the tv). Most everything in the room seriously needed to be pulled out and thrown in a dumpster. The door had no threshold at the bottom, so you had like a 1/2" gap. Likewise, they advertise the place as having a pool. Well, it does, but it has no water in it. So it's pretty much a bait and switch thing. How this place gets 5 star reviews from ANYONE is beyond me. All I can figure is if someone is giving this place a 5 star review, they must live in absolute deplorable conditions or they are somehow related to the owners. It was bad. We hung around for about an hour, but the longer we stayed there the more dirty we felt. We just couldn't stay in this place. It was honestly so bad that we didn't even ask for a refund (although we should have!). We just wanted the h*ll out of there. So after an hour or so of being there, we loaded everything back in our car and left. Never again in my life will I reserve a room at ANY of the America's Best Value Inn's. They obviously have zero quality control. I get the heebie-jeebies just thinking about this place. These people should seriously give us our money back.

Check in took a long time, waiting outside as previous customer was being waited on. Unsafe looking area. Sketchy people sitting infront of rooms. Police at one of the rooms. Pool was nasty looking, dirty,not open. That being said, the inside of the room was surprisingly nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Full size fridge was great. Stove didn't work, but not really nesessary for a minimal stay. I would stay again if the outside was better maintained, maybe security on property and patrols. As of now I do not recommend.
