I enjoyed my experience with them, very polite people and they assisted me very well. The place is very clean, and quiet I really enjoyed that.

A no frills hotel that met all my expectations. A good clean room, spacious lounge and outside area to have a meeting, breakfast that was more than enough and staff from the room cleaner, cook, front office and managers that were extremely polite and friendly. Close to a major mall and Pretoria office area,

WONDERFUL STAFF, really would advise all to stay at Town Lodge Menlo Park. Food, staff, location, accommodation great. Wi-fi available. Sustainable - no plastic water in rooms but offer a free refil water system at reception and sell water bottles at reception. The hotel goes the extra mile to look after each and every guest.

It was good overall, but although generally neat, floors felt a bit grimy. The beds were unusually narrow for twin beds.

Our hotel stay was managed seamlessly in all aspects. Management and staff were friendly and the room was clean, fresh and well prepared for our arrival. Athough the hotel reception was very busy we were still being welcomed by friendly staff.

Stayed here with a group of students for one night. The hotel is, for its price, good value. The rooms are simple but clean and ok for a night or two. The staff is friendly however not too efficient with check-in which took close to an hour. We had dinner, lunch and breakfast at the hotel. The food was ok but expect no frills or service, just decent and relatively affordeable. I do feel that with the amount of traffic the hotel has, that more can be done here. The garden is very nicely set up and great to enjoy a meal or to relax. The staff was caring and once we connected with them, nothing was too much which was great. Overall a good and affordeable place to stay in Pretoria.

Creepy staff! Someone at the front desk asked another staff member to help me with my suitcases up the stairs - there are no lifts - and walking upstairs behind me, this man told me that I was really beautiful. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I didn't want to be there anymore and checked the room for cameras. Other issues I had was, 1) I had booked a room overlooking the pool, my room overlooked the parking lot and a busy road; 2) the pool is only accessible via the dining room next to the lobby so there's no privacy; 3) the rooms aren't very soundproof and I could hear everything happening in the corridors including my neighbours yelling at each other while leaving the hotel at 3am in the morning. I'm glad I had only booked for one night otherwise I would've changed hotels.

I was not happy when the free cocktail was not swapped for my free tea. Otherwise the place is perfect

Cecile and her wonderful team remains the best by far. We always love making this our halfway travel spot. It is clean, safe and the staff is super amazing. They are always willing to assist on a moments notice and never disappoints. I love coming here for business and privates.
