I went with my husband and adult daughters. We were in the adults only part of the resort. The fist day we arrived I was not happy at all. Check in process was horrible. I could go on about the first day but I won’t. The trip got better and it was a lot to to our Butler Yimi! He was wonderful!! So thoughtful and out going. Anytime we needed anything he was there to help us. He even decorated my daughter’s room for her birthday. If you get a chance to visit this resort I hope you are lucky enough to have Yimi for your Bulter!

Our room was perfect and we loved everything else about our stay but the food. It was so boring. I wish there was more options. It was sausage every day. I got sick. I wish there was more seafood, priority, or even more fruits, but there wasn’t.

我們在四月底到訪這家酒店。巧克力和艾迪·墨菲實在是太棒了。海灘酒吧的Leo每天都很照顧我們，我們因為別人的評論其實有點擔心這裏的食物，但是其實食物很棒。你找不到你喜愛的食物這就是你的問題了，甜點水平不穩定。沙灘很美，我們還會回來的。

The hotel was very nice, the drinks were delicious, people were very friendly (workers and other guests), and the pool and he ah were fun with lots of different activities to do everyday. The night life is also great. Epically Looky looky aye aye aye, the prince of chocolate, juaninamillion, two Carlos’s from the pool, Kendall, and Angel were all wonderful people who went out of our way to make sure we had a great time and were very welcoming. They made us feel like we have know each other years.

The hotel is big, spacious and beautiful. The property and rooms are well kept with daily prompt room service. The staff are friendly and accommodating even with limited Spanish I could get around and get by very easily. They have very good customer service and has a good supply of fresh foods daily for most part. The buffet selections were good and I love the fresh squeezed juices they provided daily and the local fruit selections. There are plenty options for lounging and relaxation on the beach and in the lobby. Everyone greats you with a genuine smile. We loved our stay, we know no where is perfect so Vista Sol you definitely outdid our expectations and we will not only return but recommend your lovely resort. There are a few hiccups I would like to highlight- 1 no iron in the room, no laundry bag you have to ask for it. No wash rags only towels and toiletries, no wifi in room only around the resort which fluctuates from fast speed to none existent. The drink selections are limited and fish bones in the salad. These are fixable things and did not detract from my experience not one bit. I would return today if I could because the staff and other amenities made the stay an enjoyable experience. We loved our waitress Bether who was always smiling and accommodating she even remembered my order from the previous day and that was very good seeing she has many people who she attends to each day. Mike from the lobby bar was also amazing and my spouse who doesn't speak any Spanish felt comfortable ordering his drinks and chilling at the bar. Our front desk agent who was most helpful was Junior he spoke English well and assisted us with a genuine smile. Mr Ferrin the bell man was very resourceful and very helpful, he went above and beyond to get us our ride to the airport. Thank you sir we appreciate you. Gracias Señor Ferrin estas magnifico. Mr Marino from front desk was also very cordial. We loved our stay and will definitely add it to our vlogs of recommended places to stay in Punta Cana.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, la habitación cómoda, limpia, el desayuno bien preparado y una vista bonita. La atención de la persona de recepción, un venezolano supremamente amable, interesado por atender todos los requerimientos, hace muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, comer. De verdad él hace de la atención de este hotel una gran estadía. Por alojarte en este hotel tienes derecho a acceder al hotel de playa que está a unas pocas cuadras e incluso te llevan en auto al lugar. En el hotel de playa la vista al mar es hermosa, Angela y el chico cubano, perdón que no recuerdo el nombre, me atendieron increíble, preparan unos cocteles deliciosos, la pizza también es muy rica aquí. Todo fue increíble las personas que sirven el desayuno también fueron muy amables. El comedor es pequeño pero acogedor, tiene un estilo tipo vintage muy lindo.
