帕拉克亞力山德里努酒店(Hotel Palac Alexandrinum)

Spędziłem noc w hotelu i wszystko było ok, a potem zaczęła się beznadziejna obsługa i ignorowanie ze strony recepcji. Zostawiłem w pokoju marynarkę. Napisałem już 4 maile, podałem datę pobytu i numer pokoju, tyle samo miałem rozmów telefonicznych. Klasyczna odpowiedź: "Sprawdzimy pokój i damy odpowiedź na maila" i potem nic. Minęło 13 dni od momentu pierwszego maila. Wiem, że maile są czytane, bo podczas pierwszej rozmowy usłyszałem "A, to Pan wysłał maila w tej sprawie wcześniej?" Dopiero na ostatni mail, gdzie napisałem, że zacznę zostawiać negatywne opinie, odpowiedziano mi, ze jakaś marynarka została znaleziona i poproszono o szczegóły. Poprosiłem o wysłanie zdjęcia - znowu brak odpowiedzi. Nie chciałem tego pisać. No cóż, uprzedzałem, teraz czas na negatywną opinię Totalnie olewanie klientów. Już nigdy tu nie wrócę i nie będę polecał znajomym.

Gdy tylko je zobaczyłem wiedziałem że to idealne miejsce dla mnie! polecam każdemu! komfort niesamowity. i piękny teren do okoła. Budynek duży oraz piękny wizualnie.Moim zdaniem każdy powinien odwiedzić te miejsce. Pozdrawiam

The review reffers to Great Gatsby New Year's Eve organised by the hotel. The place and surroundings very nice. Quite nice swimming pool but nothing special. Room was just OK with very bad smell in the bathroom. And that is all good I can say about the event. All the rest was below any expectations. The Great Gatsby New Year's Eve was just a dinner with ridiculous small meal's portions and terrible service. The event organized in a small room where there was a place for dancing for no more that 3-4 pairs. Waiters were unable to serve the meals on time so that people sitting at one table could eat at the same time. My wife got a desert, while I have been forgotten by the waiter. Wine to the main course was served after everything had been already eaten and the dishes taken away. The organistion as well as the stuff was at a terrible level, not acceptable in any restaurant. Since the portions were ridiculously small I was simply hungry after all the courses. Decided to went down to the hotel's restaturant to order something but was told they were not able to serve anything. I asked for a simple drink like gin&tonic and was told they were busy (doing nothing there) and couldn't serve. Live music was just a one guy playing keybord or trumpet to the music played from laptop and a girl trying to sign some of the played songs. At 12:00 PM we were asked to go down to see fireworks. We went down and there was absolutely nothing exept other people in the village playing with their fireworks. Deeply dissapointed we finished then and went to sleep. The worst New year's Eve we have ever had. Never, ever again any event organised by this hotel. Do not let get fooled yourself by the nice photo and epic description. They try to rip their customers off offering not acceptable quality for quite big money. Keep away! Maybe OK just for one night stay as the palace with the park looks really nice.

Poor quality service in the hotel and restaurant. High prices for the food. Not recommended for family stay. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our room, more than hour for meals. Dirty walls, doors and toilet. No internet.

This hotel made a very good impression on me. Staff is professional and nice. This place is very beautiful. Rooms are clean and beautyful. The food is very good. Thr restaurant is spacious. I heartily recommend.

An ideal place to spend time together with children or friends. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff is nice and friendly, the food is very good. Numerous attractions are an additional advantage of the hotel. I love walking in the park, there you can forget about all your problems and worries!
