美好羅馬假日旅館(Nice Rome Holiday)

Ho soggiornato 4 notti. Camera bella, pulita, silenziosa. Non c'è la colazione ma sotto c'è un bar dove con pochi euro fai una buona colazione. La zona è molto tranquilla, collegata bene con i mezzi di trasporto e ci sono tanti ristoranti dove poter mangiare. Lo consiglio assolutamente e se ci sarà occasione tornerò sicuramente! Grazie di tutto.

Triple room booked as advertised on website via *********** cost £567 up front. Arrived. Poorly signposted as to where entrance:reception is. Eventually found “hotel” no reception as advertised small room with member of staff. Unable to view as not ready. Went away for few hours then returns. Very jet lagged up since 2am. Returned to go to room late afternoon. No staff. Entered room, to our dismay small room with shower, window and donkey bed. We are travelling SIBLINGS and we made this known. We eventually found young female member of staff, we discussed where the 3rd bed was that we had pain for. Was told rooms fully booked. Spent 45 mins trying to communicate our needs and what we had paid for. Manager eventually showed up. Suddenly had difficulty understanding/speaking English 😞. Hour later still discussing/trying to resolve issue of needing 3rd bed as can not share!! We will still not accommodated and we eventually left and had to find alternative dwellings. We are still trying to get a refund from *********** who except no liability! Worse things is..the hotel said we were no shows!!! So disappointing and financially inconvenient. Never the less we saw in the new year in Rome with a big bang!! Please avoid booking through a platform, they offer you no protection and take no responsibility. We are unlikely to receive any refund let alone compensation. 😟

The staff is extremely unfriendly and simply refuses to cooperate with their customers when a complicated situation arises. They don't care if you tested positive for COVID, you'll receive no refund whatsoever. Hate to break it to you guys, but even if it's not on the news 24/7 right now, the pandemic is not over! Such an attitude is irresponsible. I STRONGLY recommend NOT booking this place, because you run a serious risk of loosing your money.

Был забронирован номер в данном отеле через ***********. Так как Италия до сих пор требует негативный тест на COVID для въезда в страну, его пришлось сдать. К сожалению, тест оказался позитивный (что стало известно накануне поездки, так как тест нужно сдавать не более, чем за сутки перед вылетом), что соответственно сорвало мою поездку. Многочисленные звонки на booking и в отель не дали результата. Отель с очень "дружелюбным" персоналом отказался вообще как то помочь и войти в ситуацию и сказал что им как бы всё равно, что у меня положительный тест и это никак не влияет на поездку и бла бла бла. ХОТЯ в страну ты попасть не можешь с "+" тестом, но отель видимо это мало заботит! Просили сначала перенести даты, даже меньше дней дать, но сохранить бронь, но видимо у отеля все так плохо, что 400 с лишним евро они решили оставить себе и не предложить ничего взамен. На сайте booking в данном отеле было указано, что отмена платная и никто возвращать ничего не будет, НО если на поездку влияет COVID и правила страны связанные с ним, то отель должен рассматривать каждый случай отдельно. Я могла выслать им тест с положительным ответом, но опять же отелю было плевать! "Это ваши проблемы, что у вас положительный тест. Мы тут не причем, ничего сделать не можем"! Спасибо большое за приятные впечатления! Теперь буду знать какой отельной бронировать НЕ СТОИТ!) НЕ успешного вам сезона!

I booked a room in this hotel from the 18th of May till the 23rd of May. According to Italy Covid-19 regulations I was supposed to take a test for Covid-19 and unfortunately was tested positive. When I contacted a hotel and described them the situation, asked whether it is possible to postpone my trip or return money...just any options will do. They said NO! We don't care that you got a positive test! It's not our problems! But this is the regulations of the country! You cannot enter if you are POSITIVE! So, the hotel is not ready for any cooperation, they can't help, answer the questions! NOTHING!! I wanted to go but a bit later, when I recover but they cannot offer anything because probably they care only about money but not about customer service or they reputation. HIGHLY NOT recommended!!

We were staying from 18th until 22nd January 2023, The owner was very nice and reachable vi WhatsApp whenever we needed. He managed for us taxi from and to the airport which was very convenient as we were traveling early in the morning. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every day and the place overall was really nice. Location was amazing and close to centrum so we didn't have to use public transport at all. KR, Sabina

Bien sûr si on attend un hôtel classique on pourrait être déçu mais… une très belle chambre(tv mini bar coffre fort wifi) calme et très propre ( ménage à fond tous les jours, serviettes et draps changés tous les 2 jours ) dans un bel immeuble romain un accueil sympathique et efficace, un personnel d une très grande gentillesse une localisation très pratique ( bus a proximité 63, 83 et métro repubblica à 900 m) trajet vers le centre historique très court faisable à pied pour les courageux. Prix raisonnable.Que demander de plus.Pas de petit déjeuner mais pleins de bars, salons de thé à découvrir à proximité. On recommande . Merci à Fabrizio et Adrianna.
