棕櫚海灘度假村(The Palm Beach Resort)

nous y avons passé une nuit en arrivant en fin de journée et en repartant tôt le lendemain. il ne devait y avoir que deux cases occupées. c'était extrêmement calme. La chambre est grande et la salle de bain à l'air libre est une expérience marrante. effectivement il y a des lézards dans la chambre mais vous êtes à l'étranger avec un toit en paille donc ce n'est pas gênant cela fait partie du voyage! la literie est correcte. le restaurant propose de nombreux plats mais la conception est très lente! anticipez le petit déjeuner pour pouvoir manger avant de partir! le cadre est magnifique. le matin vous pouvez voir et entendre les pécheurs sur le lac. un très bel hotel.

The Palm Beach Resort is a beautiful facility and after the drama that we had with our first hotel, they were a welcomed experience. The view of Lake Kivu was beyond gorgeous as I daily enjoyed the complimentary breakfast by the water watching as the fishermen went out and came in from their daily activities. The property is not far away from the downtown area and was easy to get to by taxi. There were a couple of good restaurants nearby, but when I just wanted to rest and relax, I was able to get an excellent meal right there on property and continue to enjoy the fantastic view. I definitely plan to visit again as the accommodations were awesome and the staff was responsive to our needs and just all around kind people. I would definitely recommend if you are heading to Gisenyi.
