A diferencia del Super 8 que estuvimos anteriormente, aquí si hacen la limpieza de los cuartos, el personal es muy amable y bromista, el desayuno también estuvo mucho mejor, no hay comparación, nos gustó y pronto volveremos

Atención en que se limpien las habitaciones diario y pongan amenidades, mejorar el desayuno estaba muy pobre

Muy básica pero confortable :) volvería

El almuerzo pésimo y faltaba de todo no , no lo recomiendo

When I arrived and saw it was a motel rather than a hotel I asked if I could cancel my reservation but was told no so I had no choice. The room was not what was shown as an example of what to expect. The mattresses were lumpy and slid off the box spring. The towels were stained and no longer white and they had a stale smell. The shower didn’t have where to put shampoo and soap so I had to put it on a towel outside on the floor. The water drained very , very slowly so I had to step out with my feet covered in dirty water. The parking lot was filthy. I carried my suitcase rather than roll it to the car.

IT was HORRIBLE conditions. There were cockroaches on the walls/shelfs and bugs all over the room. The room smells. The towels were all yellowish stinks. One of the bed made sound when we sit on it. The water was yellow when we turned the shower. It was really late when we got there and we were in meeting all day Saturday so we couldn't find another hotel. My kids and husband rather sleep in the car. The only reason I pick that place was because it is walkable to Starbucks but never again will we pick La Quninta again

Stayed for 2 nights, the first room we were in smelled horrible, like cigarettes, and the hotel is a “non-smoking hotel.” They moved us to a new room, however, it would always take 7 to 8 attempts to open the door with the key card. The door lock system needs to be repaired. The bathroom door would not close because there was no latch on the door frame. Also, we struggled with the air quality because when we turned the fan on, it smelt like a clogged dusty filter. The breakfast was the worst La Quinta breakfast we’ve had. We love La Quinta, but this one really needs some improvements. Of course, it was a low price so, I guess you get what you pay for, right?

property is dirty, the shower head is leaking, some area r dusty. Breakfast has limited options, no access to water, coffee machine is unclean. Parking garage does not feel safe. Some staffs are lack of knowleadge n not oriented. Hotel is more family business style, so limited service.

Manager She took her time to show us all about san antonio rooms were very clean staff is friendly i have stayed in the most expensive hotels in the country.. but the service at this Vance Jackson location was superb

Liked this hotel. I felt the floors were not super clean and there was no carpet. The restroom was okay though. The staff was super helpful.

The cleaning was very good, I stayed for a week and I have no complaints about noise or cleanliness, the man on duty at night was friendly and helpful with a smile 👏 It hurts the manager who is rude in giving answers and ways to resolve doubts, bad experience with her and she doesn't even let me talk, I'm still waiting for my deposit🙏 refund and I do not ask for an apology for this page, I only ask that the attitude towards clients change👍

The property was convenient and inexpensive. But there was no hot water in the am. No ice machine and tv remote would not turn volume up or down.

It was fine for one night but I would not book it again it I didn’t feel safe with my family it was looking run down but the rooms were clean but the outside just didn’t feel safe. No real big issues but I would not book it again
