El gerente fue el que me resolvió dos temas, no tiene elevador me dieron una habitación sucia y me cambiaron cuando lo pedí pero fue el gerente quien tuvo que verlo, no hay restaurante más que para desayunar, no llega Uber eats las camaristas desde temprano hablan por los pasillos muy fuerte y te despiertan, falta limpieza al hotel y mantenimiento pero sobre todo servicio

Los cobertores muy delgados para el invierno! No atienden rápido! Faltan toallas en habitación. No hay vasos para el agua en la habitación. Cobran 280 por el perrito pero les faltan espacios alternativos para las mascotas.

Pues llegue ala 1 am y me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para darme y q o podían y la señora de ahí de nombre Karina súper déspota y atendiendo de mala gana me dijo que no era su problema. Entonces no pude quedarme en el hotel y me fue cobrado es la segunda vez qué pasa esto en su portal y la vez pasada fue en puebla en el. Amino real en puebla y no me hicieron reembolso Pido esta vez si me lo hagan

No respetaron la tarifa de ******* y cobraron "lo restante" en el hotel

This is the second time that I book online and when I go to check in they can’t find my reservations or that my reservation shows less people then what I booked it for. They take quite a while to find my right reservation even after I give them my itinerary number. Very frustrating. I am already super tired from my travel’s.

Liked the location for traveling from Querétaro toward Matehuala by car, because it is very close to the bypass. The hotel is otherwise not particularly pleasant. Check-in is slow. Only one key although there were two of us. Dripping faucet. Not very cheery decor. They didn't give us enough water.

Very friendly staff, great parking, night surveillance, very clean. And finally, an excellent place to welcome our pets.

Property is in an unsafe industrial area there is razor wire strung across the back and the side wall of the property there appeared to be no security cameras at all also that advertising was a bit deceptive and that we were traveling with pets we checked in no problem and then later when we went to change rooms they told us we had to pay almost double the cost of the room because we had pets

My ******* reservation was not in their system when we arrived but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to find me a room right away. Really appreciated that our cats could stay with us for a very reasonable fee too. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Muy ágil el ingreso. Muy limpio y la habitación amplia. Solo una recomendación: coloquen una cortina en el baño pues la regadera moja el piso del baño y es incómodo y peligroso.

El personal fue amable y accesible, todos muy agradables. Nuestra estancia fue de una ñoche y fue más bien como de paso pero cumplio con lo esperado. Es un hotel pet friendly con un costo adicional que también fue accesible.

El hotel es suficiente para hacer una escala en un camino largo. Las habitaciones están amplias y limpias. El único inconveniente es que las toallas no estaban completas y tuvimos que ir por otras. No nos dieron toalla de manos. El desayuno suficiente. La entrada y salida fue ágil. Está situado sobre carretera, pero tiene muy cerca un OXXO por cualquier necesidad básica.
