A great deal! Very clean and comfortable. Older facility, but well maintained and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

Perfect for us. Easy to find, nice people. Santa Rosa is the first (and basically only) place to stop when traveling west from Texas. It's a nice town for travelers.

Staff was courteous and professional during check-in and quickly responded when we had problems with the TV. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower!

Needs some work. Room above and next to us was really noisy, like they were pounding on something. Breakfast was mediocre and decided to skip it. Won't stay there again.

It was good and a great price. Only thing was the step ip to get in the room needed to be painted a yellow or red so people would notice it was there.

This is an old facility and they’ve tried to maintain it but it’s not in great shape. The bed was comfortable, but had a strange blanket on it instead of a top sheet.

We did not check in to this hotel. The area alone was highly questionable. Dirty. I feel the reviews were false statements. I would appreciate a refund.

Pillows were really really bad. Not gross just not comfy. Slept on my jacket instead. Room was as clean as it could be but it was in rough shape so it just made it feel dirty. Little holes in furniture. Stained toilets. Walls looking beat up. Didn’t love location. There is no street appeal so that just played into how dirty the place felt.

The bathtub did not fill until I put a plastic bag preventing the tub to drain. Everything else was adequate.

Friendly reception girl. Room was small, but nice. Bed was firm, which was not that bad. The pollows were flat. If we hadn't been so tired, we would've asked for different ones. Overall, a good, safe, warm stop for the night.

I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere in Santa Rosa. Just keep driving. There aren’t great restaurants or lodging options. There is a train track near this motel.
