作為攜程的8年老用户及黑鑽會員,非常非常的不滿意這次的入住(與攜程無關),此酒店為我本人住過最傲慢且無禮的酒店,酒店口口聲聲承諾promise給所有入住客人好的體驗,但我的體驗是不如青旅!!!首先前台服務人員完全不知道自己在上班嗎?入住第二天白天有一個打掃人員直接闖入了我們的房間(用工作人員的房卡),我們很懵,後續工作人員沒有跟我道歉。我首先聯繫了攜程工作人員他們説代理不上班 暫時聯繫不到酒店,我説沒關係我會講英語我可以跟酒店直接溝通,我打電話給前台描述完了之後他説他一會給我回電先了解一下,高潮來了!回電的是個女工作人員,她對我使用的字眼一直都是:maybe是你沒聽見,maybe是我們的工作人員敲門太輕了,因為他們每次都會敲門,大家都能聽得出來言外之意是把問題責任歸咎到我身上,那麼我請問你為什麼不認為是這次你的工作人員失誤了忘了敲門呢?酒店很明顯認為我是亞洲人好欺負我就告訴他no excuse 沒有藉口,房間裏不是我一個人,我耳朵也沒問題 我們兩個人都沒聽見敲門聲我直接反問他可能嗎,以及他説這些的時候都是很傲慢的語氣直接激起了我的怒火,你第一時間不是來跟我道歉來跟我解釋反而是把責任推給我,我説我現在對你的態度也非常不滿意,我要跟你的主管直接對話,他説主管不在需要report,後續也沒跟我做任何update。我再次聯繫了攜程的工作人員,攜程這邊幫我申請了500的心意紅包吧算是,但我還是很不滿意酒店這邊的處理。

I said it's okay, I can speak English and communicate directly with the hotel. After I called the front desk to describe it, he said he will call me back later to learn more. The climax has arrived! The person who called back was a female staff member, and she always used the words "may" to me: "may" is something you didn't hear, "may" is something our staff knocked on the door too lightly, because they knocked on the door every time, and everyone could hear that the implied meaning was to blame me for the problem. So, why don't you think it was your staff member who made a mistake and forgot to knock on the door this time? The hotel clearly thought I was Asian and easy to bully, so I told him no excuse. I wasn't alone in the room, and my ears were fine. Neither of us heard a knock on the door. I directly asked him if it was possible, and his arrogant tone when he said these things directly aroused my anger. You didn't apologize to me at the first time, but instead shifted the blame to me. I said that I am very dissatisfied with your attitude now, and I want to have a direct conversation with your supervisor. He said that the supervisor no longer needs a report, and he didn't update me in the future. I contacted the staff of Ctrip again, and Ctrip helped me apply for a 500 yuan heartfelt red envelope. However, I am still very dissatisfied with the hotel's handling.
