Good service and nice room

Hotel is well located in city and facility are brilliant and cost wise very nice

Very let down by Premier Inn! The restaurant service was an unpleasant experience. We had to wait 25 minutes for our drinks and over an hour for dinner, without being informed and to top it off my children’s food arrived 30 minutes after mine.

PREMIER INN HOTEL. 19 ANGEL STREET. S3 8LN. Sheffield. 2nd August 2024. Time: Approximately 1.45pm to 2pm. A female Staff member at Reception could not access the Computer system. However she did not give any explanation to a waiting Customer. A disabled partially blind man needed to Book a Room urgently at the Hotel Reception and leave to go to an Appointment. I explained his situation to the Staff member and requested that she serve him first. But that Unprofessional Staff Member ignored that condition. I therefore insisted that another Staff Member attend to deal with the circumstances. ADVICE TO RECEPTION: GET PROFESSIONAL TRAINING. Signed: McArthur Parkes LLB LAW.

第一間房間（Premier Plus）的洗臉盆沒有熱水。我被搬到了走廊盡頭的第二個房間。沒有無線網路訊號（工作人員顯然知道這個問題）。 被搬到了靠近電梯的第三個房間，有無線網絡，但只有間歇性的熱水。厭倦了搬家。我住過數百家飯店，從來沒有搬過一次家。我下次訪問謝菲爾德時將住在其他地方。

房間很棒，有我們需要的一切。然而，辦理入住手續時，桌子上沒有人，機器也無法工作，因此由於排隊而等待了很長時間。然而早餐很糟糕。飲料從上午 10.30 開始就沒有加滿，因為這不符合成本（工作人員說），但早餐供應到上午 11 點，所以儘管付了錢，你並沒有得到所有已付的費用。食物的水平沒有受到關注，盤子經常是空的，詢問後大約需要 10 分鐘他們才會採取行動。

我們看完演出回到房間（晚上 11 點回來），發現暖氣壞了，吹出冰冷的空氣，房間完全結冰了……我自己、伴侶和患有哮喘的 11 歲兒子都被凍結了。寒冷，躺在羽絨被下，穿著毛衣，聯繫接待處，讓他們再等半個小時，因為他們已經重置了暖氣，因為它仍然無法工作。 重新聯繫接待處，那位女士走進門時的第一條評論是“天哪，這裡很冷”，她看了看供暖系統，說它壞了。不好。

我住得很愉快。 Inn 員工中最友善的。

一個非常可愛的房間，也是 Float Away 節日的絕佳基地。 Premier Inn 酒店的一大亮點是早上的早餐……這次我們受到了照顧，我的意思是受到了令人驚嘆的黛安娜的照顧。她是一個很棒的人……如此包容和熱情……以一種坦率的出色方式與每個人打交道，從嬰兒到老人和弱勢群體……她的性格深情、溫柔、有趣、友好，充滿微笑和職業道德。 謝謝黛安娜。 真心希望 Premier Inn 為謝菲爾德的優秀員工感到自豪並慶祝......他們非常幸運有你！

房間絕對噁心，我們為了舒適而訂了Premier plus房間，但它太可怕了，我們住過的最噁心骯髒的房間，到處都是污漬，516房間的清潔工也需要好好談談，這讓我們很不舒服。請把這家飯店整理出來PI

我們都知道普瑞米爾旅館有令人驚嘆的床和舒適的枕頭，但讓我在這裡住得最愉快的是樂於助人且超級友好的工作人員，他們為我竭盡全力，從前台服務員到清潔人員，他們總是面帶微笑，竭盡全力讓我感到賓至如歸，我提出的任何要求都顯得太過於大驚小怪。繼續努力，夥計們 A*

Great staff and service but shame about the room. Staff were brilliant and dead helpful and the breakfast was great and parking ended up being free which was nice too. The room was great with most the amenities (sadly no fridge) but it was so warm and no openable window and air conditioning did next to nothing so it just made the room a bit very nice place to be. Overall good experience though

Stayed here to see Miss Saigon at the Crucible. Friendly staff, clean and a few minutes walk from the theatre. The hotel suggested and offered a discount for the Arundel Gate car park but based on reviews we opted for the more expensive Q park at Castlegate which is only about a 4 minute walk away. Good breakfast with help yourself buffet and helpful staff. Overall a good stay but I wish the insulation between floors was better - we were on the 3rd floor and could hear every footstep from the room above as the occupant walked across the room. I don’t know whether the hotel was purpose built or was previously an office block or suchlike but either way the sound proofing should have been much better.
