I did read all the reviews before I booked and brushed away the not so good ones sadly the not so good ones are completely true. Room small but ok Food absolutely dreadful unless you like salad as all of the hot food is luck warm or cold and absolutely always bland and extremely repetitive Drinks omg 1 tiny small bar 1 rude person serving carbonated water went to local bars and supermarket instead All staff need to go on a hospitality course as no one says hello goodbye or absolutely everything and that’s to every nationality there Reception staff rude and unwelcoming again no welcome no information given If it rains or the weather is unkind absolutely no-were for you to sit so it’s. A day in bedroom we had 2 rainy days This is not a 4/star hotel My only compliment is the hotel is kept spotless and if this was passed on to the food drink and staff members then it would be a better place

Well what can I say...5th visit in 2 and a half years should tell you my feelings about this hotel. Staff are exceptional and provide you with the best service you can imagine. Ergin and Savas lead the team by example and strive to ensure your stay with them is the best it can be. Food is top quality with a wide selection of choice and dietary requirements met. Drinks are made by professional barmen who know their job and do it VERY well...(If it isn't on the menu, just ask) Rooms are comfortable and modern and the cleaning and maintenance staff keep the hotel at a very high standard. I love this place, the location and the resident cat ”Summer”...but most of all the staff have a special place in my heart...how this can happen for a holiday destination I don't know but the management and staff make each visit special and there is no feeling in the world that matches stepping out the transfer vehicle and hearing the doors of Barut Andiz swish open. You can not be disappointed with this hotel. 💕

Ağustos ayında çocuklarımızla geldik. Animasyondan çok memnun kaldık. Çocuklarımız için aktiviteler harika. Yetişkinler için de tüm gün aktiviteler mevcut. Akşam şovları her akşam farkli ve eğlenceli. Animasyon ekibinin ilgileri ve enerjileri harika. İlk deneyimimiz ama son olmayacak. Seneye yine tek tercihimiz Armas Bella Sun olacak. Herkese teşekkür ederiz. Özellikle Nil ve Neco`ya ayriyetten buradan da teşekkür ediyoruz. Sayelerinde harika bir tatil geçirdik.
