入住給的房間是剛裝修好有味道的，刺鼻！換了一箇舊房間，很破舊，牆壁很臟，前台服務特別差，説沒有房間了，第二天換了一個很小的房間，最好不要住這裏

位置等各方面都不錯的老牌酒店，以前都住這裏，這次入住時看到馬桶居然沒有清洗乾淨。

酒店位置很好，出行方便。

地理位置優越，整體造型豪華大氣，房間舒適，周圍景點都可以步行，推薦。

We have loved your bathroom cosmetics. This special body lotion is amazing. We would like to know the brand name of this body lotion. Please inform me name of body lotion via email. We would like to buy it as well. I agree that you try everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for everything & waiting your response

The room is not too big but very comfortable. The service here is great and the location is perfect . I love the breakfast here , have lots of choice and the food are not bad. Just an small issue happen is that the manger mixed up our room since we have a big group of 12 people , I have upgraded my room but the manger had wrongly give this upgraded room to my friend without notice. But the manger have free out breakfast for apologies which I appreciated that and it’s a very service there.

Excellent hotel at the city centre with many nice restaurants nearby and a good choice for business trip, but the room is a bit old and AC doesn’t work well.

Great location but rooms are dated and if you want to relax in your room there are only 5-6 channels on the tv 3 of them on Bulgarian language. A/C wasn’t cold enough.

Hotel maravilhoso. Localizado no centro de Sofia. Todos os pontos turísticos podem ser percorridos a pé, ao lado da principal via turística da cidade. Quarto ótimo, café da manhã muito bom e bar do hotel com vista da igreja e da praça. Em frente ao metrô. Tem obras em frente ao hotel. Difícil estacionar para retirar bagagens. Não tem estacionamento, mas há um nas proximidades por 18 euros/dia

Ottima posizione, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Parcheggio davanti all'albergo ( costo circa 20 euro al giorno). Buona e varia la colazione. Personale gentile ed educato. Bellissima struttura, che, tuttavia andrebbe mantenuta meglio ( ma è in fase di restauro in alcune zone). Comunque se penso a quanto speso, posso solo dire che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.

This is a poor excuse for a 5 star hotel and staff need further training and have no customer service. When we checked in to our room the socket was hanging off the wall which is a electrical hazard, toilet seat was loose, minibar door did not close, toilet brush had faeces from previous guest we reported to reception no one came until the next day even after calling reception 4 times. One bathrobe in the room and we didn’t receive another one until 3 days into our stay as staff say the they didn’t have any. Our bathroom got flooded maintenance came to unblock but no one came to clean until asking 3 times again as literally the whole room and bathroom flooded! The WORST is housekeeping walked on myself naked without no knock at 8:30 am in the morning, they further knock on your door at 9 am everyday which is absolutely ridiculous all Reception could say is sorry. Basilica lobby bar bold man told me as a guest I can’t sit on the tables/chair outside if I don’t buy anything even I was sat there just to smoke which takes 5 min even had the cheek to say one day because I had bought Starbucks coffee to go and drink it in my room as I have to buy something to sit. Treatment is very poor and ridiculous. The room has dust everywhere and the cleanliness of the room is bad as my partner has dust allergy. THE BED GAVE ME BACK ACHE AND PAINS AFTER 5 days of sleeping on it. Do not stay in this hotel as the only plus is the location. No spa even tho advertised. Hair dryer burnt
