New hotels, good location IMHO. Checkin was slow, even if there are 3-4 desks staffed - the people working seem to be more engaged on the phone that checking people in, no one to help with luggage - thus I asked to leave the car in front and help baby and wife get to the room. The response was that "I can only if very quick", maybe "hey customer let me get someone to help with the two bags for your family" would have been better. There were some issues with the room, but like I said the hotel is new so maybe still training staff. Late check-in (one hour) is charged at half the daily rate, with no flexibility at all from reception.
