布里斯班南岸曼特拉酒店的評論

房間整潔，地理位置絕佳，參加展會或是在南岸就餐十分方便

預訂過夜以便第二天參加會議。因此，我在預訂時提出了要求，並直接通過電子郵件預訂了曼特拉南布里斯班酒店，要求一間安靜且遠離電梯的房間。預訂部門通過電子郵件確認了這一點。 入住當天，我什至在給了鑰匙後詢問接待處分配給我的房間是否安靜且遠離電梯，他說是的。但一到樓層就驚訝了，出了電梯，房間就在對面。不得不去接待處要求換房間，甚至告訴他們我幾週前就提出了要求。多麼令人失望的是他們無視我的要求，畢竟浪費時間聯繫預訂。 當我們在控制房間溫度時遇到問題時，客房服務人員還告知房間正在維護中，因此根本無法控制。 所以對我的住宿不滿意，會三思而行再次預訂這家酒店

位置是最重要的，但是位置很好，去南岸很方便，附近的餐館也很近，所以真的很不錯。

與非常樂於助人的工作人員一起辦理入住手續。房間寬敞，配有舒適的床和床上用品。位置非常完美，位於南岸中心，到處都是咖啡館和餐館。窗戶上的雙層玻璃可以很好地隔絕火車噪音。 （火車線在酒店附近運行）儘管位於中心位置，但房間非常安靜。房間需要翻新一下，因為一些家具有點磨損和破舊，但這並不影響我們住宿的舒適度。

The bath tub area had a significant amount of mould. We asked for the mould to be cleaned, which improved it a very small amount. It was too disgusting to bathe or shower in, so we had to purchase bathroom cleaner and clean it ourselves. The kitchen cupboards stunk of damp/mould so we didn’t use any kitchen utensils. The room needed a deep clean, it was only clean on the surface, look any closer and it was disgusting. Dust piles under the bed. bedroom wardrobe dirty. Balcony was really dirty so didn’t want to sit out there. Good convenient location though. Would not recommend and would never stay again. Needs a big upgrade - old microwave, no smart TV, noisy dryer

Windows in room were too dirty to see out ! Room was poorly equipped; looked old and tired. No wine glasses; 2 unmatched glasses and 2 coffee mugs. No cutlery; only 2 teaspoons NO Complimentary on-site parking. Only 2 short-term parkings at entrance in a busy street. No offers of things to see or do. Overpriced. Will definitely not return.

Mould and build up in the shower, room run down and damaged. Dirt streaks on our bed linens. Unfortunately didnt have time to change rooms as we were tight for time for a show, so just mentioned it to them on checkout. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic but the 2 ladies who checked us out lacked interest when i told them about the state of our room. Will look elsewhere in future

O Mantra Hotel é um hotel de excelente qualidade, de alto padrão. Muito confortável, é um studio completo, com quarto, sala, varanda, cozinha com ilha central, banheiro com banheira, e todos os eletrodomésticos necessários para sua estadia, incluindo maquina de lavar louça, de lavar roupa e de secar roupa. Tive um problema com meu cartao de crédito, e foram muito gentis e atenciosos, me deixando terminar o pagamento mais adiante na estadia. Do lado do centro de convenções de Brisbane, e na area super turísticade South Bank. Recomendo!

Twin beds booked, Reception was notified that only one bed was in the room in the afternoon and did not fix it. Said staff had gone home and gave a roll up bed instead. Bathroom mouldy

Booked and paid for a room for 3 people got a room with just 1 double bed and no fold out couch only 2 towels in the room 2 glasses 2 coffee cups etc. luckily my wife didnt end up coming on the trip so i just let it go but it could have been a massive stuff up.

Mantra South Bank was convenient but in comparison to other hotels it didn't stack up. The check in staff were below average. I was in a wheelchair and my husband was struggling to push me and the bags. Not one of the 3 staff at the front desk offered to help. We were the only people checking in. The room was clean but in their attempt to be eco friendly basic amenities now have to be requested. A little disappointing.

Air-con was not working in room on a hot day, had to ask for a pedestal fan. Ironing board was broken, had to ask for a another one, really nice lady helped with that. But it was hot all night, really uncomfortable. Used the valet service for parking, the receptionist said 10 to 15 minutes, just sit over there. So I did, 40 min. later I asked if my car was ready and it was. She just neglected to tell me. Overall a fine place but I just had a bunch of problems with them this time.

The hotel is dirty and run down. While the staff are friendly enough, they are not helpful at all. The whole vibe of the hotel is drab, outdated and dreary. No flexibility in anything! I asked to have avocado on sourdough instead of rye and was advised that that was not possible! Seriously? Rooms and particular the bathroom felt grimy and the bed is not comfortable. No water available for late check in, don’t even both requesting an extra towel. I travel weekly for work and have not had a hotel stay this bad in many years.

The condition of the room was poor, didn't look clean, walls had chunks out of it and mould around the air conditioner. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff were great.
