「工作人員很脾氣暴躁,他們給了我們一個與我支付的類別不匹配的輪椅無障礙房間,當我要求搬家時,我被告知酒店已經售,你不能搬。他們的房間沒有裝飾,沒有沙發,幾乎沒有椅子,你可以聽到交通,空調聲音很大,窗簾從早上5點開始就讓光線進來了。因爲這還不夠,他們沒有在常規早餐室提供早餐,因爲婚禮。我們讓普雷支付了50歐元的早餐。工作人員不在乎。他們真的破壞了我們對特比利斯的享受。斯坦巴酒店好像好多了,下次還會住那裏」

訪訪客首先非常感謝前台小哥和酒店的經理！！！雖然我忘記問你們名字了，但是很感謝，因為我在街上停車app註冊問題不成功，酒店經理還特地用她的郵箱幫我註冊，解決了我一個很大的問題。
酒店本身是個老樓，相當的漂亮，我認為也很好找，在一條主街一拐彎就到。
房間內部也是細節滿滿，從電視可以看Netflix到提供的茶包礦泉水，以及贈送的小零食，我認為是我在格魯吉亞住的最舒服的一個晚上。
早餐也是很不錯，可以自己挑選，餐廳相當漂亮，總之就是很出片。
有機會來格魯吉亞我還會再來的。

JJuanxincaibutaijuan已經超乎預期了，本來隨便定定的酒店。發現它地理位置超級好，無論打車還是地鐵都超級方便，而且竟然窗外景色很好，可以看到聖三一。另外，之前住老城外面吵得要死，這邊沒有這個問題，早餐中規中矩，但是可以到11點，週末到11點半，懶人福音。游泳池很小，不過深度比較淺，很適合帶娃。

匿匿名用戶The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

訪訪客位置優越但是離着辦公區太近，近期總是有遊行活動導致門口的交通極為不方便；衞生間用品及礦泉水都不能及時提供補充，感覺這就叫沒服務；餐飲還不錯早餐對於這個星級的酒店來説不能説是特別豐富，可能和當地的環境有關也不瞭解其他的星級標準，總體來説感覺除了位置其他的一些服務説不上好，還是有失望☹️下次再來肯定不會選擇這家的

訪訪客בית מלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה, שנמצא במרכז העניינים וקרוב במרחק הליכה לעיר העתיקה, לגשר השלום, ולכיכר החירות.צוות המלון היה אדיב, שירותי וקשוב.הם שדרגו לנו את החדר לחדר עם נוף לנהר ללא תשלום נוסף.הספא עם בריכה גדולה וג'קוזי, חדר סאונה וחדר אדים היה מצוין וכלול במחיר של החדר.
ארוחת בוקר הייתה מעולה.
לשומרי הכשרות, במרחק של 2 דקות הליכה מהמלון נמצאת מסעדה כשרה בשם מענדיס ובמרחק של כ 5 דקות הליכה ליד בית הכנסת הגדול בטביליסי נמצאת מסעדה כשרה נוספת בשם קינג דיויד.
בהחלט ממליץ על בית המלון הזה לכולם.

The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
