當我到達時，前台服務員幾乎對我充滿敵意。這時我發現洗衣設備壞了。酒店張貼了標誌，表明游泳池和熱水浴缸的開放時間為上午 9:00 至午夜。第二天早上9:00我就起床吃早餐並泡了澡。在熱水浴缸裡卻被上午 9:00 後進行維護的泳池男孩責罵。他們對待客人充滿敵意。

我們到達時的房間很髒。 浴室牆上有污漬，水槽堵塞，留下了之前顧客的鬍鬚。 我們去了前台，他們為我們提供了位於同一樓層的兩間獨立的房間。 兩者都有問題（燈壞了，垃圾桶滿了，桌上還有塗鴉）。該設施已經破舊，走廊上的地毯被弄髒了，但也沒有用吸塵器打掃。 我們住兩晚的時候，地板上散落著同樣的起司和綠色玉米餅片。

The photos on ******* must be of another location, they did not match this location. This place is old, outdated and dirty. My room was ok, but the common areas wherd filthy, carpets strained...veey run down.

There was bed bugs and or fleas biting me throughout the night. I couldn’t rest. When I went to the front desk the clerk said they couldn’t do anything because the manager wasn’t there until Monday.

This was a wonderful stay. Our king size bed was very comfortable. We did find our bathroom floor to be overly slippery and had a couple close calls. Breakfast was really great but could have used an additional waffle maker and more seating. We were told that code only permitted seating for 60 in the room but there was only seats for 44.

The whole property smelled like **** and cigarettes. I had booked a non-smoking area but that's all we smelled the whole time. There is a really bad homeless problem in the area, and felt unsafe being there, and leave my vehicle outside. Breakfast and breakfast staff was very unwelcoming. Front desk staff was cordial at least. We checked out a day early, as I did not feel myself and kids would be safe to stay there another night.

Do not stay at this location!!!!! We checked in and had to clean our own room before we even could go to sleep. Like change our own bedding and wipe down surfaces and remove someone else’s toenails. The puppy at the front desk was nice but staff paid more attention to the puppy or their phones even though there was “so much work to do because of new people not doing their jobs”. The pool was nice but they didn’t keep up on the cleaning. Eye lashes were on the wall way all four days we were there and clumps of hair in the pool. Main floors of common areas were dirty and sticky and the response to that was “there was a syrup spill”. Our bathroom had broken towel racks and very loose grab bars in the shower. If you are needing Ada bathrooms it isn’t a safe bathroom for those with limited mobility. Way too expensive for the dirtiness and run down conditions of this hotel. The mini fridge seal was broken and couldn’t even get the little freezer ice box side to open it was so iced over. The ice bucket had cracks in it so it leaked. Half the time the key card didn’t work in the lock of the door and we didn’t have a do not disturb placard in our room. Moral of this story DO NOT STAY HERE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

The fitness room was 80 degrees, no separate temp regulator. Also no TV remote in fitness room and the front desk could not help. No towels for the pool and person at the front desk could not help. Breakfast room was nice and person was nice but she was ready to kick us out and lock the door the minute breakfast was over. Only one waffle iron and it was pulled out of service, possible so she could leave faster once her shift was over. Breakfast supplies low or out, second day no bagels, no jam, out of one juice, waffle iron unplugged...

This hotel had a fantastic view from the 5th floor breakfast dining area. I also liked the public seating areas on each floor adjacent to the elevators, a throwback to old world charm. The only drawback was that the tub-shower faucet was inoperable / missing so you only got a shower coming down on your.head, Reported it several times to the front desk but it didn't get fixed. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful except as noted above.

The cleaning agent used in the rooms reminded me of a hole-in-the-wall dive bar or restaurant. We were hit immediately with an acrid smell that was not bleach as we walked into our room. The smell couldn't be fully ventilated out even by the next morning. It was a lovely room if you were nose-blind.

This was a horrible experience. I wouldnt stay here ever! Its dirty and the staff was incredibly rude. Nasty place...keep looking!

Although the neighborhood appears a bit industrial, the Inn is in a safe area, and the accommodations are just fine. Staff is friendly, the pool and hot tub are just lovely, the breakfast is good, and the little shop had everything I needed. The facility is a bit older, but everything was clean, the bed comfy, everything worked.

Stayed in your motel for five days ask for room to be clean three days but nothing was done.. not very helpful stay

Front desk people it was rude ! She was mad when we ask for more towels , room it was not clean
