Sehr schönes Weingut mit einer wunderschönen Anlage! Negativ: -Zimmer zeigt leider einige Schimmelspuren auf, sonst wäre das Zimmer wunderschön. -Dem Weingut fehlt ein Restaurant. Positiv: -Der freundliche Empfang, besonders das herzliche Lachen von der jungen blonden Mitarbeiterin! ;-) - Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung.

I stayed in one of the vineyard rooms and it was a spacious and comfortable stay - I stayed for 5 days and it was perfect for solo business traveler. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Brenaissance in the mornings, but were free and able to cater for myself and enjoy an outside fire on the patio in the evenings. The load-shedding impact was not too much as the venue is prepared for it.

The hotel is on a lovely wine estate but for our stay we felt we arrived out of season and that it was running on a skeleton schedule. There was very limited staff no one at reception and the breakfast was very limited poor quality. The rooms were ok and could do with a refresh and clean. Overall not a great experience.

Disappointing. Moved after one night. Looked better in the photos. Should have read the reviews before booking. A general sense of cost cutting and lack of attention to detail. Bed a bit dirty.. smears on the side, towels small, toilet could have been cleaner,could hear snoring of person in room next door while watching TV! Breakfast burnt, water on the tables in the breakfast room, water in the salt, paper napkins were scrumpled and looked old, floor in bedroom wet and slippery when it rained.... nothing to dry it with..needed a mat. Self catering with no drying up cloth, sponges etc no cutting knives or washing up liquid. No pots or pans for the stove. Only a miniature liquid soap in bathroom which was literally 3 cm tall. Interested in why it was so small, I googled the company and saw it was part of a sample set for R50 from the hospitality company. There should have been 8 items included for the R50. A mystery why the other 5 items had not been left for us. We used a towel we had in the car to dry the floor as nothing else was available. Coffee mugs were very small. Only one white wine glass and one red were provided. No one at reception....

Located in Stellenbosch this is a wonderful estate which has wonderful rooms and environment. We stayed in the Honeymoon suit which is a lovely big room that in itself is romantic and cozy. There is need to improve on the breakfast as the options are limited and don’t match the quality of the Estate. The honeymoon sweet has tree all round it and with the heavy wind they hit and whip on the roof at night disturbing the sleep as they are really noise it sounds like a thunder storm. There is need to regularly check the ceiling as there were rats in the ceiling and little chongololos everywhere in the room and some on the ceiling with two that fell on the bed. If they could deal with the few issues this would be World class stop.

We had an absolutely awful experience here. Their accommodation manager is one of the most incompetent and deceitful people we've come across in our many years travelling. We would strongly urge that you choose another local property for any event or overnight stay.

Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts den Orchard Bungalow 1 bewohnt. Die Orchard Bungalows liegen sehr ruhig im hinteren Teil der Anlage und sind incl. der Kitchenette komplett eingerichtet. Selbst das Problem Loadshedding wurde berücksichtig, eine starke Notleuchte war vorhanden. Für die Sicherheit sorgt nachts ein Wachmann, das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Es war ein sehr schönes kleines Weinresort. Alles war sauber und stylisch. Es gab einen tollen Pool und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Wir können dieses Resort allen Reisen empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

My husband and I recently stayed at Brenaissance. Not only was it wonderful but the staff really go beyond the call of duty. We love the tranquility, setting and ambiance of the whole place. It is a special place which we will most definitely be returning to!

Friendly and helpful staff that welcomed us at the property - great host - spacious and clean room - The property is beautiful and clean, relaxing a**osphere - great breakfast - options was enough and food was delicious

First the positive thing: It’s a really beautiful and calm place with nice rooms. Unfortunately that’s all. The toilettes work with rainwater that’s not filtered. So they look dirty and brown. This water is also provided for washing your hands in the public areas like restrooms at the pool or at the event location. It’s not really hygienic. When there’s a power blackout (you often have it twice a day for a few hours) they don’t provide power by a generator or solar power. Then also the toilettes don’t work. For an estate like this, this is a No Go. Breakfast is only served until 09:30, after that there’s no possibility to buy/drink something at the pool, you have to buy water at the supermarket and can make an instant coffee in your room. In our room one side of the shutters that cover the door was missing so that it was bright as day from 05:30 on. We were there also for an event. Some drinks from the drinks menu (which was coordinated in advance) weren’t available.

The location and the rooms are exellent. Very quiet location. The two ladies were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Distance to Stellendam about 10 Minutes. Don´t sell the old wine anymore, it tasted really bad

Great location in the beautiful and and interesting Devon Valley. The venue was modern and management by Lizen was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms and lovely pool area. Can be recommended.

We rented the 2 bedroom cottage which had more than enough space for the three of us. Tasteful and modern decor. The place is also child friendly, our 3 year old loved the pool and the playground kept him entertained as well. Will stay again.
