Most mornings I walk past the Langham Broadbeach gold coast, with my dogs and often comment, that I should stay there and see what it is like. So I bit the bullet and booked a room. And a reservation at Tang Court for lunch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, it was a superb atmosphere, and dripping with friendly service. Check-in was a breeze and we were given a full run down of the hotel. That was the only moment of regret, I didn't pack my swimsuit so couldn't get in the magnesium pool.....but I will go back for sure. Up to our to the room and it had the biggest bath, so bugger the magnesium pool. stopped by the lobby bar for a pre-lunch drink and service was quick and accurate. Then on to level 3, where we are greeted as though we are long lost friends and taken to our table. The food at Tang Court was next level and I even got a doggy bag.......so much food. Not cheap, but worth every cent and the experience. After our very long lunch it was back to the room to drop off the doggy bag and to explore the rest of the hotel. I took my glass of bubbles with me quite expecting to be told to leave it behind, but no, everyone just smiled warmly and I am sure had there been an open bottle somewhere they would have topped me up. As we are locals, I invited family down to check out the lodgings and was met with the appropriate ”ooo and aahhh!!!”. Back to the lobby bar and timed it perfectly to view the fireworks on the beach at Surfers. The bed was super comfy, great pillows and the curtains closed, made a princess sleeping paradise. Next morning it was a toss up to go to the café or the buffet breakfast. Glad we chose the buffet, $59 each and all you can eat. I definitely ate my $$$ worth. Checkout came too soon at 11am, but it was nice to have the extra hour and not the traditional 10am check-out. On checkout we of course were asked, did we have far to go home? not far I said.......about 900 metres. very pleased with our STAYCATION...........thankyou Langham,ill blow you a warm kiss as I walk past this week.

我們一家人通過其中一個預訂網站偶然發現了這個位置/住宿,我們非常開心!我們擁有一個2臥室的海洋景觀公寓,住三晚(2020年7月10日至13日),位於18樓,公寓及其提供的一切,包括令人驚歎的景色,沒有令人失望!😊我們週五晚上到的比較晚,下班後入住服務也比較快捷方便,有小孩在車裏等的時候很方便。在第二天我們不得不簽下合同並填寫住宿表格時,這對運行和照顧這個綜合體的可愛的夫婦非常愉快。位置絕對是額外獎勵,因爲主要衝浪者很有先見之明,步行僅需3-5分鐘,而令人驚歎的美味海灘僅需一兩分鐘,而且還有很棒的衝浪俱樂部(BMD Northcliffe Surf Club)那距離住宿也只有一兩分鐘的距離,而且是一個令人驚歎的美味位置,適合週日早上心情舒暢的brekky!總之,我們不能錯怪這個公寓,而且優惠很多。我們一定會再回去的!😊😊😊

作為攜程鉑金卡用户,第一次寫差評,國人請一定避雷該酒店 9.7日入住,9.8日退房,入住已繳納100澳元按金,且在攜程付款住宿費。退房一個實習生接待,我提醒她退按金,結果不僅按金沒退回來,還被再次刷卡200多澳幣,交涉後告訴我弄錯了,折騰一通説退給我,當天沒收到退款,9.9日顯示收到。以為此事就此了結,沒想到回國後再次收到信用卡提示,又被該酒店刷了200多澳幣,簡直是驚呆了,第一次被耍已經離譜,回國還被二刷。我立即聯繫攜程客服,幸虧還是攜程靠譜,幫我解決了問題,錢過了兩天也退回了。不過酒店在這個事件中完全不值得信任,一點也不靠譜,請大家務必避雷啊。 附上我的信用卡截圖。

我們過去18年一直去愛琴海公寓,總是很棒!公寓總是乾淨和熱情,並擁有自助度假租賃所需的所有設施。它靠近衝浪者的心臟,所有區域都必須提供。主題公園距離酒店只有30分鐘的車程。1月24日再次去,所以期待它:)

Disgusting unhygienic dirty apartment. I'm going to upload all the photos of apartment 23F to every trip advisor app to show everyone how wrong the advertisement is and charge $1300+ for a sh$t hole that is unhygienic for anyone especially for families with young children. I've photos with untested appliances (last test was on 2017!!!) Dirty kitchen!!! Food still inside the drawers !!! Oven hasn't been tested and still a 1980s oven plus it wasn't clean!!!! Missing and broken tiles in the bathroom!!!! Dirty Disgusting couch that made the apartment smell!!! The furniture such as the tv unit, coffee table, kitchen benchtop everything were pealing off . Door handles falling apart , holes and dirt on curtains. I requested the same day that I moved in a portable fan because the fan in one of the bedrooms wasn't fully functioning. They were unable to provide me ONE fan for the 6 days that I stay. I have much more to share about this apartment and let me not get stared on management. I paid a decent amount for this disgusting unsafe apartment. I was ignored when I approached her (manager) and she took 4 days to get back to my email regarding me concerns. This is not how you run a place. I'M NOT RECOMMEND BREAKFREE PENINSULA SURFERS APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!!!!!

到達10.30am,瞭解到checkin直到下午2點才開始。Michael真的很友好,主動提出拿着行李,同時客房清潔打掃我們的公寓,告訴我們房間會準備好11.30am。出去逛了逛,吃了一頓早午餐。如所承諾的,Michael在11.30am打電話告知我們的公寓已經準備好了。他非常樂於助人,我們很感激他早早地把我們的公寓準備好了。總的來說,整個地方都很好。如果你不太挑剔,也不介意有明顯的磨損,浴室裏會有一些鏽跡,瓷磚上會有一些黴菌,浴室裏會有一些盲人或躲閃的淋浴頭,那麼公寓可以稍微更新一下。我會再次入住,因爲我絕對不是很高的維護,更喜歡位置和價格,而不是便利設施和威望。

Upon arrival to our room on Thursday 21 September 2023, we were absolutely appalled to see the state of the room. To name a few (with photographic/video evidencing our grievance), there was dust build up on surfaces, stained toilets from the urine of previous guests, dirty floors, mould build up on one of the bathroom showers and black long hairs on the shower floors. The apartment manager was immediately called to the room and questioned about the state of the room. At first, we were told that our concerns needed to be taken up with *********** rather than the apartment directly given we booked through ***********. We responded stating that cleanliness of the room had absolutely nothing to do with *********** and that the apartment is solely responsible for maintaining this. The manager then proceeded to advise us that a cleaner would be called back to the room and ordered to clean the entire room in the managers presence. We were assured that the room would be cleaned to an acceptable standard for us to be able to stay the next four nights. When we arrived back to the room, we noticed that the room was somewhat cleaned such as hairs removed and toilets bleached however it was still quite dirty. Nonetheless, given we witnessed partial attempt (even if minimal) to rectify the issue, we did not complain further or make any further grievances. However, on Saturday 23 September 2023, I noticed that under the flat sheet of the bedroom I had already been sleeping under for the past couple of days, was dried blood on the sheet directly under me. I was absolutely appalled and disgusted to learn that I was sleeping in a dirty bed with sheets not cleaned, with direct contact to my skin of someone else’s blood. Again, I have photographic and video graphic evidence to verify this grievance. Although reception was unstaffed at the time, there is signs within the apartment to confirm that the manager can be contacted where urgent. Multiple were attempts to contact the manager with no answer. A text message was also sent with no response (evidence can also be provided of this the sign left at reception, the call log confirming the attempted contacts and text message screenshot). Not only was there no answer, but there was no attempt to call back at any point that night or the next morning. My partner and I were not able to sleep that evening given the bed was in a completely unacceptable state. The next morning I proceeded to reception to voice my grievance and demand a refund. My concerns were completely dismissed. Whilst the manager was somewhat empathetic and confirmed that the issues found with the room were unacceptable, I was told to just send an email detailing my concerns. What is the point in hiring a manager if calls go unanswered, text messages go ignored and serious issues are raised like the above, that are shut down with no genuine attempt to rectify or help the customer? I was also told that it is not the fault of Genesis Apartments, but
