一切都很方便，我們一家五口很喜歡這裡有一間臥室、三張床、兩間浴室+廁所。 工作人員都很棒，面帶微笑，態度友好。儘管我必須說，感覺返回其他度假村的巴士更多（例如 Pop Century 和 All Stars 與 Art of Animation；可能每 1 輛就有 3-4 輛巴士）。雖然班次很頻繁，但交通堵塞是造成延誤的原因之一。 洗衣墊很方便，正如預期的那樣，下午/晚上會非常忙碌。不需要硬幣，可以透過二維碼付款。他們有一台出售洗滌劑和乾燥機床單的自動販賣機。當我洗衣服的時候，工作人員曾多次來清潔和消毒機器。 提前進入公園是一項很大的福利，省下了錢，而且選擇不購買任何閃電通行證。我們會利用早入場的機會，玩幾個遊樂設施，然後返回度假村休息幾個小時，然後在下午 2:45 左右返回玩更多的遊樂設施/遊行/看煙火等。 由於辦理入住手續的工作人員意識到我們已經走了很長的路，所以我們很榮幸地獲得了免費打迷你高爾夫的機會🥹——謝謝，真的很有趣！還包括免費進入暴雪海灘，但不幸的是，天氣太冷，無法利用它，因為我們入住期間正值北極寒流！ 🥶 這是我們第三次住在這裡，它總是讓我們留下美好的回憶🥰

房間挺大的，室內裝潢很好，酒店大堂對面有自助的餐廳，早中晚都有，可以自己點單拿到房間食用，一次性的用品房間沒有，但是應該可以有，我的衣服有破損，去前台要到了針線包。酒店人員都比較耐心，會認真瞭解你的需求。

這對價格來說很好。牀很乾淨,但是枕頭上有一些紅色的東西。(我不介意)牙膏是根據要求提供的。房間清潔不是每天,但5個晚上4個晚上都完成。如果我來這裏,我會再住這家酒店。真的很便宜。 早餐真的很好

Driving up to the hotel it looked promising, lift up to our floor felt bit old but worked well with the style, rooms were ok but looked like it could do with some freshening up. First thing we noticed was a stain on one of the pillowcases, this made us wonder whether the beds were properly changed or cleaned, we did see a single strand of hair in the bathtub but gave it the benefit of the doubt that could be the cleaner if they did clean it. Sadly on the website it states luxury toiletries- well these were disappointing and did not feel it. We were provided with one set for two people. That is one shampoo, one conditioner, one body lotion, no shower gel, (you get a shower in the room) one face soap, one hand soap. The hot water kettle dispenser was not cleaned as when we went to do an initial clean there was a lot of black stuff coming out, we had no coffee in the room either. We had to go ask reception to give us a new one and that’s when we found out we should have had coffee provided with the kettles. So far very disappointing, We found out during our stay that the hotel doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis and we weren’t aware of this so our bins were over filling, we had to ask for toilet roll, and new towels. When we received the towels in the bedroom whilst we were out they were left on top of the toilet. Not exactly the best or cleanest place to put if especially if we haven’t had the room cleaned for a good few days. If you want your room cleaned I expect you will need to let reception know. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before and I’ve never experienced it where they don’t clean your room and I don’t mind if they don’t do it on a daily basis but they should inform you at reception when you check in. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and we were very disappointed as international tourists not to have received any information from the hotel that it was coming and what to do/ how to stay safe/ whether there was going to be reduced restaurant opening times/ services. This was our first hurricane. We instead received much more information and advice from our Uber drivers such as to stock up on food and water. Our other information was from alerts we received on our phones and also by watching the news otherwise we would have been none the wiser. We are aware that other hotels received a note under their door as a minimum. We were looking to hire a car but this hotel charges 27 dollars to park a day. So we decided to use Uber and actually turned out cheaper for us so bear this in mind. The pros: It’s very central and icon park is about 5 mins away, lots of bars and restaurants along the the drive in either direction. Close to the parks if that’s what you’re here for. Reception staff are very nice and really get straight on to the case when you need something. Two people who stood out for us was firstly Joe, who was standing outside one day as myself and my friend were deciding to visit a mall was so helpful. He even gave us some leaflets to hand it at our destination to get discounts and a free bag. He was really friendly and chatty and a great sense of humour. The second person was Ryan, from housekeeping was also very helpful when my friend was after some items for our room. Very cheerful. I’d only recommend this hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep for a few days. I wouldn’t come back here again not for a holiday as I feel the basic expectations of a hotel service was lacking. Can’t fault any of the staff we dealt with.

希爾頓中的低端吧，優勢在於價格，便宜是真便宜。 去樂園的班車衹有8:25一班，晚上是18:00。晚上其實都不會坐的，畢竟不管是看城堡秀還是看水幕，都不太可能6點就回的。早上Studio和Epic都是10點開園，沒有早享就根本沒必要坐8:25的班車。晚上打車去樂園也才5美金左右。但是晚上閉園打車回來，我一次打了十幾塊，還有一次打了二十幾塊。是有點肉疼的。然後早餐，比較簡單，能填飽肚子。有幾個品種的貝果，自己搞鬆餅，咖啡熱水茶是24小時免費供應的。我一個人，雙早這個錢是有點虧的。

到了那裡才發現，我預訂的兩間房間實際上是兩份預訂，所以他們向我收取了兩筆押金。然後我的信用卡少了 5 美元，他們不收 5 美元現金。最後我用我的卡快速付款，才能夠支付第二筆押金。前台那位綁著馬尾、戴著眼鏡的非裔美國女士（我一直不知道她的名字）不要現金，也不讓我和經理說話。房間牆上有油漬，房間的電話不能用。早餐還可以。只有香腸這種肉。沒有培根或其他任何東西。停車費是 4 晚 110 美元。然後我想提前一天退房，夜班人員告訴我，只要第二天早上 11 點前離開，就不會收費。當我試圖在早上 8:30 退房時，還是同一個非裔美國女士在工作，她表現得好像她必須得到經理的許可一樣。她走開去給他打電話，所以我聽不到她說了什麼，然後又回來告訴我，根據我的預訂，我只能提前一晚離開。我要求和經理通話，她說她打電話給他時，他正在洗澡，要到早上 9 點才會來。我說我會等。然後我提醒她，她說我們有兩個單獨的預訂，所以兩個房間都應該可以提前離開。她終於做到了。此外，無論何時打電話給他們，無論是在旅行前、旅行中還是旅行後，都要連續打大約 6 個小時才有人接電話。即使我在那裡，我的房間電話不能用，我還是繼續打電話，第一天晚上我不得不下樓告訴他們我牆上的油漬和電話不能用，因為我不想為此付費。她說她知道，牆紙要換了。我已經在那裡住過 3 次了，這次之後，我不會再去了。那位女士是唯一一個態度惡劣的人。

這家酒店的位置很好,服務也很好,工作人員面帶微笑,早餐在某種程度上算不錯,唯一的缺點是牀墊和浴室的房間裏有小蟑螂。根據您所見的牀墊,酒店有新裝修,但有些部分沒有完成所有房間,所以有些部分是舊的東西,有蟑螂,可以在這裏調節。

在我們入住期間,沒有多少注意,但是在後面...我們支付的保釋還沒償還7天之後。我們忘了我們的外套和外套 我們一到下一個酒店就找了酒店 電話和郵件 他們沒有接電話 也沒有打電話 回電話就不再接他們只接到一週後 我們就沒能接到這封信 我們在下一間酒店問他們是否想聯繫,監督員也在此有同樣的經驗:被關押,回電後不被錄取。 現在我們繼續發郵件,直到我們還了保釋金,因爲這不是很小的:95美元,-每間房!我們預訂了2間房,所以總共$180,-😡😡😡😤

I stayed here for 3 nights- Monday to Thursday. Feb 10-13th I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100% A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel. Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes. Was it clean? Absolutely The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was! The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness. I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift. The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it. The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street. To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !
