索爾豪華別墅酒店(Thor Luxury Hotel Villas)

Otel havaalanına 20 dk mesafede ve en güzel özelliği yetişkin oteli olması Beklentimizi çok yüksek tu**ayarak tercih e**iştik ama bizi karşıladığı ilk andan itibaren ⭐️Nurten Hanım⭐️ sayesinde 2 arkadaşımla birlikte çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık Restaurant bölümünde yemek çeşitleri diğer 5 yıldızlı otellere göre çok daha az ama olan çeşitler de lezzetli.. Snack bar bölümü de keyifli özellikle Enes Bey’e ilgi alakası, güleryüzü ve yardım severliği için teşekkür ederiz.. Plajı çok büyük olmamasına rağmen şezlong sorunu yaşanmıyor.. Sabah erken saatlerde denizi müthiş, balıklarla yüzüyorsunuz ama öğleden sonra biraz dalgalanabiliyor.. Otelin temizlik personellerinden teknik personele kadar herkes son derece ilgili ve müthiş bir ***retle çalışıyorlar.. F/P açısından bulunduğu bölgeye göre çok avantajlı.. Sakin, huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil için kesinlikle tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler

Der schlimmste Urlaub überall. Verdreckt, ungenießbares Essen, dreckiges Geschirr, verdreckte Betten. Kaputtes Zimmer. Trotz mehrfacher Reklamation wurde uns gedroht aus dem Hotel rausgeschmissen zu werden. Auch Reiseleiter war zwei Wochen nicht erreichbar. Dieses Hotel muss geschlossen werden. Dort wird grob fahrlässig gehandelt.

Très belle hôtel très bien situer très bon services ( yasemin , pelin, metin,Hassan et ozgur particulièrement serviable et courtois) nous recommandons ce très bel hôtel de charme , vraiment tesekkurler turkiye :):):)

Отель можно смело переименовывать в "Помойка эксклюзив Бодрум". Грязь везде и всюду: каждая вторая тарелка в ресторане с множеством сколов,столы не протирают, стаканы в барах не моют, посуду своевременно не убирают (может простоять с вечера до утра), лифты заляпаны, шезлонги и зонты ободраны до каркаса, ночью при открытом окне просыпались от едкого запаха канализации с улицы. На пляже все также печально. Анимации нет (правда, один раз наблюдали чахлое подобие дискотеки), каждый анимирует себя самостоятельно, в основном, напитками в баре)) Выйти некуда, но спасает близость Бодрума (10 минут на такси). Вай-фай, если повезет, можно поймать только в зоне ресепшн. Официанты лишний раз с места не тронутся, в барах обслуживают быстро и с улыбкой. Питание разнообразием не отличается, но вполне съедобно. Из приятного-Мехмет с ресепшн и девочки из лобби-бара. Весь негатив объясняется тем, что отель выставлен на продажу. Если хотите испортить себе отдых, то вам сюда!!!

10/10 staff, 10/10 food. Beautiful pool and really great big rooms. The hotel has a nice beach and the weather is always good hear. There isn't anything missing about this hotel. I definitely recommend it.

Firsly, I wanna be honest and show both the good side and the bad side. Good:- The Resturant guys were so respectful, specially the guys from Diyarbekir. In the receiption, there was a guy named Bazirgan was really helpful. The view and the food was good 👍 Cons:- There is a thief in the cleaning staff. They took 300 dolar in our purse inside our room, although we put (do not disturb) sign on the room!! We talked to the management, they told us the cameras do not work!! I think they were a part of the process! The hotel was nice, but I had the worst experience there unfortunately! Its not about the 300 dolar, it was about the non-supporting management team!

The worst hotel I've ever seen in my life. At the counter a boy of less than 20 who can't help you with anything. No manager, no point of contact and no help. Everything in the room is dirty and old. Stains on the floor/table. Jacuzzi/shower and wc all rusted. Entire hotel smells like poo because of the bad sewage system, even in the kitchen!

We came to spend here in Thor a calming 1-week vacation, enjoying the nature and see and not having troubles with food/house utensils. We ordered a room with jacuzzi, but it was impossible to stay there: all the furniture inside was old, awful smell in the bathroom didn't let us stay there, the worst thing was undesired electromusic till the midnight exactly in front of the window of our room. The food was not good enough but we never were hungry. It was difficult to find here the English speaking personnel. On the 2d day we were lucky to get the other room, even bungalow, close to the sea. The cleaning service as it appeared was expected to come only 1 time in 3 days, we needed to find how to change towels and participated in Qwest to find new shampoos and shower gel. It was very disappointing when the bar (always open in evenings) was somehow closed for a wedding party on Sunday, with again a very loud music and impolite ask to leave the bar as it was closed for private party. We didn't understand why we should have troubles having paid quite a fortune for our week here and being treated as in late 90th in a cheap motel. Don't recommend at all to stay in this hotel for the full price. The only excuse is the clean sea and small bay near the beach.
