The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

訪訪客La Zebra的員工非常Friendly，從前台Carlos跟我們聊當地遊玩攻略到餐廳員工Miguel和Celso帶我們做鮮榨Suger Cane，每個人都麪帶微笑服務周到細緻。房間裏的上下床超級舒服，非常建議帶娃的家庭，這裡是我睡的最好的一晚。沙灘有小孩玩的MiniPlayground, 餐廳樓上有board game room, 最最驚喜的是夜晚的繁星pei美呆了！一定還會再回來多住些日子！

訪訪客Our wife and I have now stayed at KASA Hotel K'uyen TWICE within a calendar year! Truly an amazing choice for adult-only private suite-style rooms. Lots of room options to choose from. The inner courtyard is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast downstairs is delicious and the restaurant on the rooftop offers fantastic evening/night views. Also delicious and very convenient if you just want to stay in a night. Location is perfectly placed between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. I recommend getting a moped/scooter as it is the best way to get around locally. Otherwise you need a taxi (expensive) or find the cheaper public collectivos to get around. The hotel does have a few normal bikes to rent but be prepared for a 20ish minute ride to downtown or the beach zone. Tons of restaurants, markets, and stores in walking distance in the new Aldea Zama district (lot of continuing construction - can't wait to see it in a few years). We will definitely be back again!! Shout out to the front desk (Guillermo is amazing) to help you with planning needs and all the waiting/housekeeping staff (thanks Salvadore) are super nice. Very safe, walkable, and with tons of options around you. Can't beat the price so book now!

訪訪客A+++ Family Vacation (2 Adults, 3 Kids – 4, 5 and 7). You should not hesitate to book this super lux spot for your next vacation. We chose Conrad Tulum because it was on the CN Traveler best places to go. It did not disappoint. No way for the resort to be any more lux/beautiful or service to be better. Pictures are real and in some cases don’t do the place enough justice. Place is brand new. Further, the “kids club” was critical to our vacation. Shamara, Sehem, Ivette and Ruth all jointly run the kids club. It is a mix of indoor and outdoor activities from 945am-5pm (lunch with parents at Noon). Making pinatas, painting, reading, traditional Mexican art/crafts alongside pool (there is a specific pool about 2.5 feet-3 feet deep which is great for young children), beach, watersport, treasure hunts around the resort, etc. This is a very curated program for kids, exceptional in every aspect and also customizable based on what the kids may want to do. My kids are begging to return. Thank you to the staff at the kids club! Some other outstanding parts of the resort include morning wellness activities on the beach (Rafael is wellness coach speak to him on arrival for schedule/info) and the breakfast restaurant which has countless stations servicing traditional Mexican food cooked to order in front of you by chefs as well as a plethora of recognizable American breakfast items. It is a showstopper. Rivals the best breakfasts at the worlds finest hotels. Other restaurants on site (pan Asian, Japanese, Mexican, etc) are all superb. Guacamole, coconuts, champagne, wines all delivered poolside, beachside, etc. All the fine service you would expect. Some suggestions for the future as the hotel is brand new. Fix (or get a new) ATM that dispenses Mexican Peso so Americans can tip your exceptional staff in pesos without paying a silly exchange rate at the front desk. For the watersports company on the beach they need high end equipment to match the character of the hotel. For example, snorkel equipment must be the “dry” snorkels and they should have goggle defogger on site and used prior to each swim – price should be raised to accommodate this. Oscar is the local snorkel guide and he is REALLY GOOD. There is a massive set of coral reefs with tons of fish (some as big as sharks) outside the hotel but accessible only with the best equipment. (bring your own better yet!). Childrens food at the hotel/poolside could improve so that the kids have healthy and LOCAL choices (fruit/veg as sides, fun kid local fruit drink, less of the burger/chicken stuff that is on every menu in the USA). Guacamole ice cream cones (made from tortilla chips, delivered as fun snacks for free every day which the kids loved) were amazing and that should be on the menu! Finally, there are some comments about sea****. They have huge crews that come clean it up every morning (done by about 9/10am). Its not a nuisance. 訪訪客My fiancé and I came to visit the Mexican Riviera with stops in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum and I must say this was by far the best of the 4 hotels that we have stayed so far and the others were all very nice, upscale resorts. This place is like a hidden paradise in the jungle of Tulum and is very close to both the beach and the downtown areas. The pool here is so beautiful and relaxing and they even host a daily social hour with free cocktails and snacks. They also provide free bicycles to use to take to the beach or wherever you want to go. The rooms are also very gorgeous and accommodating with everything you might need. And I have to say that Jesus at the main bar was excellent and provided very great to us all week while we were here. Next time we come to the Riviera we will skip Cancun and Playa to head straight here to the Aluna. Thank you all for a great stay. We will be back.

訪訪客Super sad about this experience, we choose this hotel accordong to the reviews but during our stay we totally don’t get why people recommend this hotel. The staff probably doesn’t know what hospitality means. Our room was dirty when we arrived, the pool is full of leaves all the time, the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows - it feels like they are full of clothes, like jeans or jackets - not any of pillow material :) :) :) The first night there was a party near the hotel and the music was extremely loud, so we couldn’t sleep, next morning at the front desk they said “what music? There is no music, we didn’t hear it”. We left tips for the houskeeper for celaning, but when we got back to the hotel - the tips were taken, and the trash bin was left full, the sink was dirty and our wet towells were taken from the floor and put back on the shelf :) :) i know it, because I used it before I left, it was wet in the same place and taken from the floor (front desk told us to leave them on the floor if we want to get our towells changed) :) day after - we left our hotel at 8:30, get back - 3:30 no evidence that houskeeping was in our room. Ow, and I didn’t hear “sorry for that” once, front desk manager seems polite but doesn’t help with anything. If you want a pool towel you can only get one a day, and some of them are ripped and discoloured :) So this hotel is totally not worth the price or the reviews that it has. I stayed in Tulum for the same price in another hotel and got amazing experience. So be aware before spending your money ! :)

訪訪客I stayed in Hotel Blanco Tulum for my bithday and I had an amazing time!! Hotel was clean, the room had AC and was right the way I wanted it. The staff was really nice and accomodating. They made a very nice surprise for me on my day and they added a very personal touch. The bartender, Lucas, made very good drinks ant the pool was very relaxing. As a solo woman traveler I felt safe and it's a very important aspect of my trip. I struggled a little with communicating with the staff since I am not fluent in spanish.
