Lovely hotel right on the beach. Decor is beautiful, service was excellent, and food/drinks were delicious. Wonderful place to relax. We were able to swim in front of the hotel and lots of sandy beach area for long walks. Many places to eat and drink nearby. Also shops! Hotel has many lovely experiences that you can book to see the surrounding area. We booked a sunset cruise at Sian Ka’an that was lovely…stopping to view bird island as the sun set was magical. (The road to the boat is quite bumpy and slow-going—just an FYI—but the driver was excellent.)

Erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht hotel en de medewerkers waren ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam! Locatie was fijn, direct aan zee. Het intiemere karakter van het boutique hotel was ook zeer aangenaam. Enige verbeterpuntje is dat de straal van de douchekop krachtiger mag. Wij komen zeker terug!

Absolutely stunning. As soon as we stepped into Xela, it felt like our home. The team made so much effort to make our stay pleasurable. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed all the amenities.. the beautiful pool, the gym, the rooftop bar for the sunset view. And complimentary bikes was sucha good touch. 1000% recommended. And special thanks to the concierge team Paula, Manuel and Adbiel. Can’t wait to be back.

Xela is one of the most beautiful and serene hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We loved how it was within walking distance to everything but also far removed enough to feel quiet and relaxing. There are no kids allowed and it is not open to the public which helped maintain a respectful, tranquil and private experience. The staff including Abdiel, Manuel, Paula & Emily were exceptional and did everything to help make our stay comfortable and memorable. We were upgraded to the most beautiful and spacious suite which made us feel so special! We also enjoyed plenty of house dishes (from the eggs Benedict to the shrimp tacos) and some of the best cocktails we’ve had over the entire trip! We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next stay. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Magnifique boutique hôtel, le personnel est au petit soin, tout est très beau et soigneusement choisi. Tout est très confortable. Un grand merci à Manuel d’avoir mis autant d’énergie à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. La salle de sport est très fonctionnelle, le rooftop offre une vue impressionnante, le petit déjeuner est fabuleux !

Mi estancia en el hotel Xela Tulum fue una experiencia realmente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegué, sentí una atmósfera de tranquilidad, acentuada por la cálida y atenta bienvenida del personal. La arquitectura del hotel, en total armonía con la naturaleza circundante, me cautivó de inmediato. Mi habitación, amplia y decorada con un gusto impecable, fue sin duda uno de los puntos más destacados de mi estancia. Desde mi terraza privada, disfrutaba de una vista espectacular hacia la playa y sus aguas turquesas que se extendían hasta el horizonte. Cada mañana, abrir las cortinas y ver ese paisaje marino brillante era una experiencia mágica. La cercanía a la playa no solo facilitaba el acceso a un baño refrescante, sino que también ofrecía una sensación de paz y privacidad. Era como tener un rincón de paraíso solo para mí. Las áreas comunes, como la increíble piscina infinita, eran igualmente impresionantes. Todo el entorno está diseñado para la relajación, y cada detalle ha sido cuidadosamente pensado para garantizar una estancia cómoda y placentera. El personal siempre estuvo disponible, anticipándose a mis necesidades, con una amabilidad que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Xela Tulum es mucho más que un simple hotel; es un verdadero escape donde el lujo y la naturaleza se encuentran en perfecta armonía. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que busque desconectar, recargar energías y disfrutar de una vista espectacular al mar Caribe.
