我最近在溫哥華旅行時在這裏住了兩晚。這是最後一刻的預訂,也是我第一次來這裏。我選擇了這家酒店,而不是之前爲了位置而住的另一家。位置是大概5-10min步行到Granville street Skytrain。位置附近也提供很多餐廳和7-11和麥當勞,如果你半夜餓了24小時。我到達時,剛好是上午11點,他們爲我的房間準備好了,讓我提前入住,這很好。房間本身真的很小,但只適合一個人。唯一不喜歡的是枕頭心我的脖子那麼大還有小雨頭淋浴,當不想弄溼頭髮的時候很不方便.....右女士!!!爲了睡眠質量,還可以,我的房間正對着西摩的斯台普斯街,在這條街上很吵,所以要小心。爲了說明我只預訂了晚上,但最終不得不再住一晚,這家酒店給我的房價比我在Expedia上預訂的要高,價格大約爲10美元或更少,然後還給了我延遲退房的機會。

A really wonderful stay in a great room, fabulously luxurious and all the staff were amazing. The room was tastefully furnished, very comfortable and had lots of added extras in terms of drinks, snacks and treats that were made available. Really felt very special. The in room dining was very good and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Thank you for the opportunity to describe my Inn at the Quay experience. I was booked for a day procedure at Royal Columbian Hospital at 6:00AM on Saturday May 20. Because I was travelling from out of town and had to be driven home (as a requirement of the procedure) I elected to travel by train to Vancouver and then New Westminster on the day before, Friday. On Tuesday May 16 I booked a room at your hotel for the night of the night of Friday May 19 for $389.00 ex-taxes. My plan was to take a cab to the Hospital and then my daughter was then going to drive to town to pick me up and drive me home after the procedure on Saturday. After travelling to New Westminster I had time to kill because I called the Inn at the Quay to see if I could get an early check in but was told that you were very busy and that was not possible. The hospital recommends attending with only your care card for security reasons. For this reason I had my BC Care Card and the credit card I used to book the room in my cellular phone case. During my wanders I lost my phone. Fortunately I had a significant amount of cash so I got a cab immediately and attended at your hotel. I explained my situation to the clerk on the desk and she said that she could not check me in without the credit card I used to book the room. I asked her if you would charge that card with the room price if I had not shown up and she agreed that that was the case. When I asked if she could just charge the card and let me stay she said that the situation was different and was against your policy. I questioned her further and she summoned a person form the back office who agreed that the situation was completely different and actually said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” When I suggested cancelling the credit card transaction and paying in cash that suggestion was also turned down. Reason was lost on these two minions that are trained to be slavishly obedient to your rules and policies. I am sure that if you question these two they will agree that I was polite and courteous throughout our encounter. After several attempts at circumventing their indifference I felt that I should leave before I started to get mad. As a competent, attentive and businesslike hotelier I am sure you are aware of the saturation in your market on any given day. If you harken back to May 19 you will recall that all of the other hotels in New Westminster and as far as Port Coquitlam were completely booked. No matter, I was able to avail myself of a comfortable chair in the admitting lobby of the Royal Columbian Hospital from 4:00PM on Friday until 6:00AM the following morning. Except of course when I had to leave the admitting lobby while the janitors polished the floors. Because the Emergency Room lobby was full I was able to meet some of the interesting local street residents that were outside at 2:30AM. 訪訪客We booked a suite for 6 nights, the AC didn’t cool the living room so we moved to a standard room. The kitchen was super old, wobbly fridge, no dish cloth or tea towels & when I asked for some they gave us gave us bathroom face cloths. Hi da bed old! Rooms are so small could barely move when hide bed out. Standard: Bathroom fan super loud, Shower no shelves Bathroom minimal storage with tiny counter. Sheets always come off, tiny room the door opens right to a bed. Bar restaurant advertise ‘breakfast bowl, sandwiches’ but only had a buffet. Coffee station in lobby needs a counter space, it’s 1 automatic coffee machine for the entire guest list. Lobby door clinks Room chair terrible so cheap, fall over if use. —Maintenance— Bathroom door queaks AC start make noise Suite Door hard to open Sink drain slow bathroom Drawers pop out on own The lobby is so small it has 4 chairs for all the guests, the advertisement pics seem like that’s the hotel but it’s not it’s the bar next store which by the way does NOT have a hotel as shown in the pics. The housekeepers were awesome!
