Espantoso sucio todo pasillos vidrios hall entrada sabanas manchadas, hasta una rata había en el hotel .No se Hospeden acá porque se van arrepentir los baños sucios un desastre todo ! NO RECOMENDABLE

Room was dirty, used bedsheets, dirty bathroom, and there mosquitos room key not working need to call every time the staff to open, and the response of the staff for all that is you will get only this in superior room, and pls pics and the room should be the same, is seems that purposely disguise the customer.

There were lots of mosquitos in the room, even though they have put some mosquito repellent it did not work. We could not sleep entire night. The bathroom door was not getting locked and was kept opened. While i called reception at night they said nothing can be done

I have never seen like that bad arrangements as room conditions was very poor, There are no TV and electrical swith for reached the mobile. Staff behavior is very arrogant. Specially reception people is very cheap

We had a fantastic time at gupta inn, varanasi! the impeccable service and hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression on us. Located near varanasi's renowned attractions, we had easy access to explore the city's vibrant culture. The comfortable accommodations and array of amenities provided a relaxing sanctuary amid-st our adventures.
