Not very friendly or clean Not too sure if I will take my family here again

False advertising at its finest here. My Family and I drove $1000 miles from Texas to get here and have our weeks stay cancelled by LaQuinta once we arrived. Apparently, the shower pipes bursted and there was not any other accommodations that could be made for us! Completely ruined our trip!! We were forced to find another Room that had availability for the same day! Since we did make it there, I can attest that this hotel is in a very bad area. Street walkers all around and homeless camps nearby! Not for families or kids! The parking lot is full with potholes and the pool looked like a dirty pond. Brown and full of leaves and debris. The lobby smelled like a dead animal. I rate them a -3/10

There was no fridge in our room and we had kids. There were terrible potholes, the pool was filthy and our tub was so plugged so we were unable to take a shower. There were creepy men all around the building staring at us that made it so uncomfortable. There was so way to get our belongings upstairs with a cart so we had to carry everything. We had food and milk and then found out there was no fridge. It was the worst stay we have ever experienced.

Floor in the room was very dirty, hasn’t been moped for a while; sheets had holes; TV remote wasn’t working; coffee maker and coffee provided, but no coffee cups; smoke alarm wrapped in plastic; food froze in the refrigerator; some outlets in the room not working; outside pool not working.

Facility outside was filthy, parking was ridiculously inadequate for all the guests, and full of bad, bad pot holes. Restaurant advertised was closed, refrigerator advertised was missing. I purchased a broom to keep the floor in the room clean from all the mud being brought in from the parking lot.

Staff is amazing !! Room smelled like animal urine , windows had no screens , musty and moist because no fan in bathroom , pool is green and swamp like.

It took changing rooms 3 times before we got into one that was clean.... still not clean enough for a shower!
