Good property in a great location. Enjoyed my stay at Shevaroys. Very humble and friendly staff. Spl mention to Mr. Ashok Kumar, Mr. Sanjay in the front desk and CEO Mr. Anirudh. Rose rooms are new, very spacious, neat and comfortable to stay. Weekend gala like bonfire, magic show, dance events help you spend your evening in a very leisure way. Support staffs are little slow but attend to your needs at all time. Good food. Restaurant needs uplifting. Staff there are helpful but service takes time. Over all a very good budget hotel for families to stay.

Excellent villa situated near the bus stand and surrounded by a pleasant ambiance with trees and mountains. Moreover, this is a well-maintained new property with good staff. The restaurant needs improvement with a variety of dishes. The pictures shared on different booking websites match the current hotel infrastructure. The balcony view area has to be cleaned and maintain properly this will add more value to the customer.

We traveled to yercaud and stayed at the Grange Resort, which is located near Pakkoda Point. It's a satisfying experience. The environment at the resort is wonderful and pleasant. There is a restaurant there. Food will be served according to order. Within 1.5 kilometers is a gorgeous bird park named peeku park. No free breakfast is provided. The resort is wonderful except from that.

However, the absence of power backup during outages was a downside. The courteous staff and convenient location, just 1 km from the lake, enhance the overall experience. Rude Manager and Receptionist. They don't abide by what they commit. At the time of booking Over the call, I have metioned that I would arrive early by 2-3 hours and I have 10 month old baby with me and the person confirmed that if room is available then it would be provided without any extra charges. But when we arrived they demanded extra money for early checkin. When I argued They asked me ti provide recording of the call. They don't even listen to customer or understand their concerns My suggestion to all is first do not choose this hotel if you have other option, even if you choose better record the calls whenever you speak to hotel staff..Stay in this place only if you want to spoil your trip.
