酒店位置很好，就在into語言學校的對面.公交車站步行一兩分鐘就到了，不管去哪裡乘坐公交車都很方便快捷.酒店業提供停車場，如果是在酒店入住的客人，出發前跟前台說，也是免費停車的.

Stop over on the West Highland Way and the hotel catered for all our needs. Twin room was spacious although the ensuite was on the small side. Restaurant evening meal was good and a varied menu so plenty of choice. Breakfast choice was good although my full Scottish was a bit over cooked. Overall a good stopover.

Stayed with a group of 11 couples in total. First impression from the driveway was excellent and we expected great things, but were disappointed. Access from the front is very difficult for anyone with mobility problems, due to the large number of steps, however, we found later a car park at the rear with flat access. The decor is dark, dismal and extremely tired. All dark brown and depressing, Carpets on the landings were threadbare. Furniture in the rooms was dated, chipped and stained. A thorough makeover is required throughout the whole place. There are lots and lots of steps to some of the rooms on every landing. There is only 1 lift, which is very small and not sufficient for the size of the hotel. 3 of our couples asked for room changes as soon as we arrived, due to unsuitability, facilities and appearance. The rest of us weren't too happy but decided to put up with them as it was only a weekend break. The dining room was very dark too, both in terms of decor and lighting. Personally I felt that the stairs were dangerous due to the dim lighting and the dark brown carpets and decor. Drinks were extortionate!!!!! £32 for a mediocre bottle of wine and this was the cheapest. £42 for 4x gin and tonics. Needless to say, we didn't drink as much as we would normally do. ON THE PLUS SIDE - the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good both in the evening and at breakfast. Lots of variety for continental and hot food, and good quality. Could not fault anything here, Beds and pillows very comfortable. Would I stay here again - not if it was my choice but if the group decided to return (which is very doubtful) then I would join them.

I’ve had lunch in the lounge area a few times and it’s been lovely, staff have been friendly and nice food with outstanding views. Moving on to our recent booking. I emailed about a week in advance to ask about booking the restaurant as the website didn’t let me and also to confirm we had a cot for our baby. Nobody ever got back to me. Why not? I received a telephone call after 9.30 pm one night later on in the week preceding our stay. No message was left and no attempt to phone again. I only figured out it was the hotel as the location showed on my phone as “Callendar”. So the next day I phoned back and was informed unapologetically that “we’ve been having issues with our website recently”. I asked to confirm that we had a cot and was told with a slight attitude “yes we saw the age of the child in your booking”. Upon arriving at the room we found out there was no mattress in the cot. We checked this with the housekeeping staff who informed us that the hotel didn’t provide mattresses for cots. This wasn’t something we were expecting as we have stayed in 2 hotels since having our son and both provided mattresses without question. If it’s the hotel’s policy not to provide mattresses that’s fine, but why didn’t anyone confirm this either by replying to my email or during that telephone call when I asked if there would be a cot? A young man from housekeeping delivered the happy news that there would be no mattress, again with an attitude, please train him he doesn’t have a clue what he’s on about. Your staff just don’t seem to care. I did however receive a plethora of emails beforehand trying to get me to upgrade which just clogged up my inbox so thanks. The other issue was that the lift wasn’t working. From the reviews I’ve read it looks as though this may have been out of order since some time in March? What on earth are you doing not getting that fixed? We had to haul the pushchair up some stairs for our very brief visit! Not a member of staff in sight aside from the disinterested plainclothes housekeeping staff, who were too busy swearing to each other about their personal lives to even acknowledge our presence (it’s really not a good look, please sort it out). The lady at receptionist was civil but not that friendly and didn’t look up at us until she was ready when we were trying to check in (which was a bad first impression). So when my husband went to ask for a refund (which you provided without argument , thank you) the same person ignored him in the queue and he could see quite clearly that she was on WhatsApp lol. Come on now. Would you be happy with this if that was you trying to get your money back? To top it off the manager was

由於合租，部分設施已關閉或受到限制。這應該在網站上說明。一流的服務，但可愛的早餐！牀的描述是特大號牀，但實際上是2張牀，所以中間還有一個洞。。。非常不舒服。

我們非常喜歡我們在這家旅館的住宿!我們在入住之前到達斯特林,但被允許離開我們的行李直到我們入住。前台工作人員很友善,樂於助人,友好。我們住在一個雙人套房,發現房間很乾淨。我們確實發現淋浴有點強烈,但在長途火車旅行後,強大的水壓很好,從火車站上坡揹着一個大揹包(主要是)上坡,儘管一些水確實濺到了地板上。共享空間也很乾淨,組織得很好。旅館位置非常方便,我們步行即可到達Holyrood Abbey,Stirling Castle,Stirling Distillery和Tesco Superstore。我們絕對會推薦這家旅館給其他旅客。

酒店非常現代,乾淨。另外晚餐性價比很高,早餐的黑布丁很神聖。同樣,房間非常令人愉快,牀鋪豪華。不過,建議的話,注意早餐女士紫色的頭髮。我的旅行聚會中相當多的人經歷了她缺乏客戶服務,甚至我們的教練司機也提到了這一點,在公共汽車上開玩笑。儘管如此,所有其他工作人員都很棒,酒店是一個很棒的地方。我們值得一遊。

Dont be put off by the low price.. Room is clean and tidy... Towel and soap.. Coffee making facilities in the room.. Plenty of plugs.. Bear in mind it's a university campus so no TV in the room.. Take a tablet as the free WiFi is more than capable.. Breakfast is really good... Both hot and cold food.. Honestly fantastic value for money

Hotel in rural setting surrounded by lovely countryside. Comfortable spacious double room for just me, excellent food with good variety of choices on evening menus. Efficient quick service in restaurant. Friendly atmosphere throughout hotel. Rob Roy path behind the hotel runs alongside a river to take you into village of Aberfoyle.

Great option for someone hiking the West Highland Way and stopping over in Tyndrum; 40 ft. off the trail. The couple running this couldn’t be more accommodating and helpful. Had an early start the next day and they were glad to serve breakfast early; and a very good breakfast it was. We were half way through our week and needed some laundry done - no problem, they handled it. A very nice pub and restaurant were just a short walk away with good food. We got good “intel” on the trail we’d be on the next day and good recommendations for lunch.

在克倫利克斯度過了一段美妙的時光房間很棒,工作人員非常友好和細心,對孩子們也很出色,沒有什麼是食物方面的麻煩,或者其他的!對於任何對該地區的活動有任何懷疑的人,我不能推薦史蒂夫的捕魚經驗,足夠高!絕對聰明不僅是他真正的紳士,他對教人們飛魚的藝術和他對孩子們的態度非常熱情。試圖教5&8歲的孩子釣魚並不容易,但他如此輕鬆和幽默,他們都像我們一樣喜歡它。100%推薦任何人這樣做。
