太好的選擇了夏天有機會還會來這個酒店、私密性好高速外環都方便、酒店客房服務人性化服務很暖心到了退房時間也沒有不停的催促給了我們足夠的耐心和信任。暖氣很給力讓本來寒冷的冬天不再冰冷🥶。牀單被子都很乾凈乾爽沒有給潮濕的冬天帶來如何不快。總之什麼都很滿意給大家推薦這個很棒的酒店。感謝攜程讓我搜到並預定了這個酒店🙏🙏

怎麼說...一個驚人的位置,一流的服務和美麗的臥室。 首先,城堡本身就是驚人的,它的建築建築和室內設計與藝術收藏...華麗。我們的臥室是宮島聖殿布魯和金色交響曲...外面的陽台和親密的裝飾...一流... 第二,服務,每個人都是完美的,微笑,樂於助人,有禮貌。一個注意:沒有人提議從車上拿我們的行李箱,我本來可以從5星級酒店那裏得到... 第三,餐廳的菜品其實不是我喜歡的茶杯。但顯然很更新的,無論是服務還是食材質量都很棒。早餐及其自助餐質量都很高。 價格明智,顯然不是一個便宜的位置,但期待5星排名和我們住宿的美麗。經過13小時的航班+3小時的火車,這是一個精緻和休息的休息,我們會回來。

When I booked I read the complete explanation about the property and I then messaged the property for the answers I still needed. There was no mention at time of booking of a gym, it did say they had a restaurant and a shuttle to the airport. To confirm I messaged the property and they said there was a gym, a restaurant and a shuttle. When we got to the hotel, it was a Saturday and the desk clerk stated there was no gym and the restaurant isn't open on the weekends but we can walk to the closest restaurants which were at the airport and no shuttle during the weekend. End of explanation! I received an email after check in asking if I needed anything to which I replied about these missing features, to which they replied I should have read their website where it supposedly explains more about these 3 items. I surely wouldn't have booked had this information been properly stated on the booking website.

Merveilleux séjour à l’hôtel Barrière l’Hermitage de La Baule ! Un cadre magnifique, une chambre très confortable, un petit déjeuner royal, la piscine, la plage, les restaurants … et surtout un personnel charmant toujours aux petits soins des clients. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et reviendrons sans aucun doute.
