The Jodaki Waterloo Temple in Yangon, which worships the largest statue of the recumbent Buddha in Myanmar, was built in 1970. After various natural disasters, it became a large recumbent Buddha statue in 1960. The reclining Buddha has a peaceful look and beautiful eyes, which are mosaic with glass. The reclining Buddha holds his head gently in his right hand, and his eyes gaze mercifully at all living beings. The sleeping Buddha is 20 meters long and 5.4 meters high. A pair of footboards with 108 Buddha feet carved on them separates the world of 59 people, the world of 21 animals and the world of 28 gods, symbolizing that all things in the world are at their feet, representing Buddha's transcendence from these three layers and above the gods, and also representing human beings in 108 reincarnations. It represents 108 reincarnations.
