成都U37創意倉庫評價

成都u37創意倉庫位子成都市錦江區水碾河南三街37號。U37創意倉庫文化產業園原為成都市醫藥集團倉庫、廠房，園區內共有各時期建設的倉庫建10棟，佔地面積約20畝，建築面積約2.5萬平方米。秉持“打造具有創新能力和競爭優勢的創意產業集聚區”理念，自2012年5月改造竣工至今，U37創意倉庫現己形成集文化、創意產業、廣告設計、攝影、互聯網科技、藝術品、創新科技展示、健康體育等功能於一體，融合商務、閑、飲食、旅遊等多元商業組合的創意產業集聚園區。園區共完成招商面積2：5萬平方米，自招商開始12個月內商家入駐己經達到100%。U37文化創意倉庫所有企業及商家每年營業總產值可達到5億 元左右，商家70家,需求進駐商家500家，是目前成都文化界爭搶入駐的聖地。目前己有“到成都可以不到寬窄巷子，但一定要到U37”的社會微信評價，充分說明U37創意倉庫在成都文化創意產業的知名度和社會各界的認可，是成都市錦江區的文化產創意產業園區的一張名牌。

U37創意倉庫之前是成都醫藥集團的倉庫和廠房，後來被改為文化產業園，園內大部分都是保存完好的60,70,80年代建築。雖然U37知名度遠不如東郊記憶，藏在市井的深處的它，依然是老成都的記憶所在地。在成都人民心中保留着不少的地位。
