湯玉麟舊宅評價

＂湯玉麟舊宅＂位於天津市河北區民主道40號。該樓建於1922年，整體為意大利文藝復興時期巴洛克建築建築風格，為混合結構二層樓房，紅瓦坡頂。樓前的廊廈下左右開坡道，以方便汽車進出。樓內設有正廳和附廳，置有古典式壁爐，門窗寬大，很有特色。1930年湯玉麟購得此宅。湯玉麟（1871～1949年）；奉系軍閥，曾任原民國熱河省政府主席。日軍入侵熱河后，去職寓居天津。世人對湯玉麟的一生褒貶不一，曾擁護東北易幟，國家統一，但又支持張勳復辟帝制，曾對日寇採取不合作態度，但在保衛熱河時又不抵抗逃跑，所以說湯玉麟有着複雜的一生。

這箇舊宅坐落在天津市河北區民主道，這是一座意大利文藝復興時期巴洛克風格的建築，二層混合結構樓房，建築非常漂亮，精美絕倫。

這所住宅無論在建築形式，建築藝術與裝飾都很有特點。具有意大利文藝復興建築風格。混合結構，毛石勒腳，機磚牆身，部分用花崗石砂漿罩面，局部對稱，屋頂平衡，羅馬柱式，覆碗穹頂拱券。

Tang has two luxury houses in Jin. This is a high-level residence built in 1912 by Wu Yulin, Chief Transport Officer of the Beiyang Government, and sold to Tang Yulin in 1930. This house is characterized by its architectural form, art and decoration. It has Italian Renaissance architectural style. Mixed structure, rubble legs, brick wall, partially covered with granite mortar, partially symmetrical, roof balanced, Roman pillar, bowl dome vault voucher. The whole building is divided into two parts - "two-storey guest building on the left, bowl-shaped arch coupon protruding in the front of the first floor; three-storey residential building on the right, with a car runway on the front steps.
