墨西哥哈利斯科州的3星級酒店

La Atencion, increíble la recepcionista, un encanto, todo el personal, siempre apoyándome a la solución de mis problemas excelente ubicación, muy buenos, cuartos, de acuerdo al precio y a la zona mega recomiendo el Hotel 

我們住了兩晚，整體很衛生，餐廳口味不錯，價格不高，但選擇不多。外部環境還好，有兩個泳池，公共區域有WiFi，但房間沒有，且很簡單，除了牀品和基本的衛浴外，沒其它的設施，當然這價格也就這配套，所以按需選擇啦。

酒店離海灘超級近,我有一個房間可以部分看到海灘,牀不錯,很大,衣櫃也大,有陽台房間沒有空調,但如果你把空調從客廳裏離開,風扇上的新鮮空氣也確實來到了你的房間。有一個大的保險箱。廚房有杯子,盤子,銀器,開酒器,大冰箱,咖啡機,鍋等。他們只給你肥皂洗碗,如果你要的話。浴室裏只有一張衛生紙。房間只能在你到達後的第三天打掃。有一個小房間,你可以把垃圾放在樓梯附近。我真的超級生氣互聯網只能在房間裏工作。所以如果你需要在陽台,客廳或廚房上網,就忘記了。作爲一個單獨的旅行者,互聯網對我來說非常重要,因爲我需要與人保持聯繫。我所有的手機數據在第2天在海灘完成。這家酒店真的需要努力解決這個互聯網問題。在超級熱的一天,獨自在那裏沒有互聯網是不有趣的。

我們的房間離主大堂的電梯2英尺!我們可以聽到每個人說話和走在我們的門邊,以及孩子們尖叫,因爲冰淇淋店在15英尺外。他們對每位客人去參加時間分享促銷的壓力是難以置信的。如果你參加,通常他們會給你一些體面的禮物。我們得到一張200美元的優惠券,用於食物和飲料。大多數時候他們不想拿憑證,或者你必須一次性花全部50美元,因爲規則不是錢回來。所以如果我們花30美元或40美元,我們必須給他們50美元。食物什麼都很好。促銷玉米晚餐噁心,乾魚,沒有味道的牛肉,幹煮過火的雞肉。而且他們不接受券。我回家口袋裏有一張未用過的50美元的券,因爲用不了。 前台的Ramon和Martin是我見過的最善良,最熱情,最友好的人。 所有的服務器和工人都是非常勤奮的人。

Siempre llego a este hotel es muy bueno y han mantenido perfecto nunca había estado en este cuarto y me pareció ver ciertas carencias comparado con otros cuartos vale la pena lo dejen como los otros

我們抵達了10天的住宿,在辦理入住時,我們被告知家庭游泳池因裝修而關閉,所有客人都使用僅限成人游泳池。(這是相當大的小。不用說游泳池裏擠滿了孩子,有水玩具等,跳水(有很多樂趣)很難坐在游泳池邊,因爲所有的椅子都是在白天很早就被拿進游泳池的放鬆是不可能的。如果我們知道我們會預訂其他地方,因爲這確實影響了我們度假的享受。前廳工作人員也試圖告訴我們最後一天的午餐不包括在內。我給他們看了你發的郵件,他們不是很包容,不情願讓我們吃午飯。留下了苦澀的味道

The location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center. The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright. The room is a medium size, but not that clean. I faced a serious problem. I could not open the safe in my room.  I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend. I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights.  The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure. This is a typical budget-price hotel. I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe.

Good location if you’re going to the airport, it’s only a six minute walk from your room to the terminal for departures. Very basic room it was small. The bathroom toilet wouldn’t stop running. The air conditioning Fan was very loud and every time it stopped it sounded like a metal on metal so if you were sleeping, it would wake you up, traffic noise from outside, facing the road was quite noticeable, so if you get a Road facing room, get it changed to the back of the hotel … you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you’re going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you having earplugs for sure.
