馬來西亞檳城的3星級酒店

地點不錯，就是酒店算是入門級比較臟亂一點 我們房間的冰箱也是壞的 然後前台其中一位（看起來像是華人，不過不是） 比較沒有禮貌 停車位這個有點難明白，前天前台説衹需付一次RM5後續就可以免費停車（需要去前台waves掉費用） 結果明天另一位前台又説是“每進出一次首RM5” 所以根本不知道他們是怎樣收停車費的，policy很混亂 感覺每個員工都不知道怎麼做 而且向遊客收每次RM5的費用也相當不合理啊，出來玩難道不是一直進出進出酒店的嗎？ 每次收RM5你覺得合理嗎？ 是一天收還算合理，每次想錢想瘋了吧

真的必須好評！朋友三個人出行想訂三張床的酒店選擇很少，剛訂的時候看評論説很吵，環境一般還有點慌。真正入住以後發現這是整個馬來西亞之行最驚喜的酒店了。酒店裝修很有特色，住的也很舒服，很乾凈，不在主街上，也很安靜。最驚喜的是自助早餐，竟然是點單式的早午餐，份量超級足，味道也很好吃，吃一份早午餐可以飽到晚上，連午飯都省了.最可愛的是工作人員看我們是中國人，還給我發送了山楂餅，超級棒！很值得入住，去壁畫街也很近，去哪都很方便。五星好評！

我們是8月3日凌晨到酒店，是位美麗可親的女職員😍😍😍，受到非常熱情的接待，安排入住4325房間，雖然語言不同，但通過手機簡單交流😀😀😀😀，安排到心如意房間，因為之前預定的無窗房間，親愛的女職員主動說幫我們免費升級到有窗的房間，😊🥰🥰🥰。但是來到房間後，卻沒有牙刷，然後有來到大堂，親愛的職員立刻補給我們，但是第二天晚上遊玩回到酒店，房務員也沒有補牙刷，沒有辦法，又來到前台詢問領取，令人好尷尬，那位男職員沒有任何問題，立刻補給我們，😁😁，因為每次都夜晚回酒店先發現沒有補用品，所以第三天中午回後就去前台領取，可是，今日那個戴眼鏡著白色職業裝，就態度不好，說房間有補用品，沒有給，結果上去房間，房間都沒有做清潔，用品更不用說會補了，其實雖然是小問題，因為預定酒店有話提供些用品，就沒有備帶，其實每次回房間沒有用品，再來到大堂詢問，就已經好尷尬了，那位白色制服男職員還擺臉色，態度很差，我其實對本酒店位置便利，普通職員態度都非常滿意，很開心，雖然有一個職員的態度，讓我感到很不開心，令人感覺到好像看不起人的態度，希望酒店，竟然顧客需要用品，而且是酒店本身都漏左補用品，又不是顧客要多過，態度麻煩好少少了，仲要保持笑容啦

我們享受免費停車服務。 2025年7月8日為我們辦理入住、7月11日退房的那位穆斯林女士非常友善熱情。就連第二天值班的經理也非常積極主動。他停下手邊擺弄螢幕的工作，熱情地回答了我的問題，並在接待員協助我查看房間分機時，才讓我去找接待員。 唯一的缺點是淋浴間內牆磚的底部需要徹底清潔。另外，靠近床的窗簾一側陽光會照進床鋪。 希望下次再來的時候能看到這些問題得到解決。 謝謝！

一切都很好……房間乾淨舒適，景色優美。度假村後面就是海灘。只是電梯出了點問題。電梯太慢了，我們等了20分鐘都沒能下去。樓上擠滿了人。我們只好爬樓梯才能下到15樓。

The picture in online is quite nice, but the actual staying is quite shocking 😅 When we first enter the lobby, we are impressed, cos for an old shop lot, the lobby is giving a good impression with it's bright lighting and cleanliness. Then we faced several difficulties that we need to highlight for all visitors who wish to book this hotel (for the owner also, I hope you see my review and make some improvement that will definitely increase your customers and rebooking) 1. We changed room for three times. The [first room No. 29] is with a big hole/maintenance door in bathroom ceiling that exposed all the electrical wire which may caused danger to life. Some more got a line of ants all around the room ceiling and floor. The [second room No. 32] is quite nice, bright and comfortable but the water heater is not working with no hot water and the water pressure is so small. Then finally we changed to a good one. 2. The price we paid is for room with window, but I rather don't want cos it doesn't play any purpose except as a decoration, at the same time without curtain! (All the rooms we changed are without curtains) So anyone can look into our room when we have the lights on 😅 3. Super helpful front desk. The owner should reward the Sabahan lady who helps us to change room. She walks up and down to get us a comfortable room. We really appreciate it a lot 🙏🏻🥰 If not, I'll leave a really really bad review here cos we are really tire with all the hassles 😒 4. For those who like to stay upstairs (first/second floor), there's no lift, so you will need to climb stairs. Bringing elderly or OKU, can only stay at ground floor. 5. All the rooms we been to has a common issue -- it's not basic clean 😅 The toilet has urine stain, the bedsheet has 2-3 hairs on it, and the table and teacup are definitely not for use one (I don't dare to use 🤣) 6. The last room we stay has flies and we smashed them onto wall cos we're too tire to wait and change a new room aldy. At least we finally get a room with hot bath water. 7. Soundproof is not good. In the room, we can hear the sound of people talking and passing the hall, and the car honking. For us is ok, cos we are deep sleeper, but for those who are sensitive, I don't think you will get a good sleep here 🤣 Overall, the good things of this hotel: 1. It's budget, so ok lah 2. The front desk is helpful and responsive 3. The overall amenities still ok (available: free filter water, TV with wifi, mirror in bathroom, water heater; NOT available: no toilet tissue, no hangers but it has hanging rack) So conclusion is, if you're just need a place to bath and sleep, then may consider here. In my opinion, it will not be a good place for 'enjoy hotel time'. So it makes sense for the price paid. Thank you for attending to us.

我是來轉機的，距離機場10分鐘車錢大約Rm7-11 真的覺得在這裡睡了一個好覺！早上還被蟲鳴鳥叫叫醒真的非常舒服。 房間很大，環境也很好，是充滿東南亞風格的飯店， 房間內也有很多食物可以叫，有Room Service 完全沒有出門，在這裡休息,也可以吃到飽飽的 據說早餐非常厲害，一個人30馬幣 但是太累了就沒有去吃，下次如果有需要轉機，我還會選擇這一間飯店想試一下早餐。 唯一的缺點是房間沒有國際插頭 跟櫃檯要了一個轉接頭，後來發現房間所有的插頭都是壞掉的無法充電，拔掉了燈的插頭，終於給手機充電了，也是唯一一個好的插頭。

3 Days 2 nights stay at Chulia Mansion Georgetown We booked 2 superior rooms for 2 nights via trip.com for Rm644.40 or Rm161.10/room/night . We checked in to Room 207 and room 215 upon arrival. Once the door of Room 207 was opened, a bad odour full of stingy smell appeared. We did not care to take action at that moment. We went out for good food. After coming back to hotel to rest, we tried to check whereabout the smell coming from, and to take action by closing the toilet door from that moment thru the night. Sad to say, the stingy smell was still there all night long, and I could not have a good night sleep thru the night while surrounded with bad odour. On top of that, the toilet shower rubber hose was cracked and water rushed out during our shower in day time. The following day, I went to the lobby to tell the hotel lady, all the facts and request to change to another room. The lady checked the hotel computer system and told me that the hotel was fully booked a night before once housekeeping was done, they will give me a new room. That was roughly 12 noon. So, they tell me to go back to stay in room 207 to rest, and to wait for her call. At 12 something , one man knocked on my door and sprayed our room 207 with air freshener, changed the hose and left. By 1pm, I was uneasy and I went to the Lobby to follow up with the change of room. The same lady was watching something like movie her table, I asked her why nothing done to call and inform me to change to a new room. She raised her head and looked at me and said that the housekeeper informed her that there was nothing wrong with the room. At that moment, my temper was up and I told her firmly and repeatedly that i want to change to a new room. The next thing happened was that we were checked into room 315. We were lucky and happy that room 315 has no bad stingy smell. However, the shower hose in the room 315 was rosak then again I told the lobby about the facts. So, moral of my stay is to follow up with the LOBBY all issues and defect in the hotel room that I feel unhappy with. The whole purpose of the stay is to get happiness and relax by paying cash that worth the value, and not wait until check out to complain. Last but not least, room 215 facing the street also noisy due to the sound and noise coming from motorcycle , cars and vehicles during daytime outside street, and also live band, loud music and pub. You can also hear music and live band coming from the roof of Chulia Mansion building itself. Finally, I think if you are a light sleeper this hotel definitely is not your choice.

位置不錯，離機場約45分鐘車程，附近有熟食市場，當中凌晨也有一檔不錯的營業，坐車10分鐘-1小時內能到各個景點，檳城最大商場步行15分鐘便能到，全城最好匯率的兌換店亦在商場附近。 酒店有行李暫存服務，房間不算大，但大堂寬敞整潔，也配有乾淨的衛生間，平日有自助咖啡機，櫃檯服務生也很友善。
