Oasis of calm
The Metropolitan Cathedral is easily found. It is a structure of grace and tranquility. It is reserved and free from the garish that is often found in Norther Brazil.

We had no idea the cathedral looked like this, from a distance it looked like a prop from Star Wars. Please don't be offended by this comment because once inside the true scale of this iconic building...
