馬穆迪島也是一個蠻有意思的小島，在亞庇的眾多的度假小島中，也是一個很好的選擇，在這裏遊玩也是很有意思的，島上的生物都是小動物、昆蟲為主，很喜歡這裏的熱帶氣候的。

亞庇附近都有浮潛，玩水的好去處，而且去的方法好簡單，只要在Jesselton Point碼頭買票參加一日或半日的跳島遊即可。馬穆迪島（Pulau Mamutik）是東姑阿都拉曼國家公園其中一個島，也是附近5個島中最小的一個，從亞庇市區搭船過來只要15分鐘，非常適合浮潛，離岸不遠就有不少珊瑚，魚仔。島上除有淡水淋浴及公共廁所外無任何設施，食物、水及其它用品都要自帶。

它是這個海岸公園區域島嶼中最小的島嶼,使其不那麼受歡迎。由於靠近城市,從這裏可以看到亞庇的城鎮建築。
