這家旅館提供一堆很棒的私人房間,可以被認爲是酒店房間。旅館非常靠近El Chalten -Cerro Torre和Laguna de Los Tres兩個最受歡迎的徒步旅行小徑的開始。前台總是友好和樂於助人。早餐包括在私人房間價格中,有很大一部分,相當美味。晚餐部分也很大,餐廳從晚上7點開始忙碌。

Clean newer place across the street from the Laguna Torre trailhead and a 12 minute walk to the Fitz Ray trailhead. Someone gave some thought to what hikers want when traveling. There are lots of plugins for electrical devices near the bed, in the kitchen, in the shelving in the hallway. The receptors accept European, US, and Argentina plugs. There is a microwave, toaster, stove top, and fridge. The rooms are large with good light and air flow. The beds are good. There is a rainfall shower. The towels are high quality. There is a heated towel dryer. There is free parking near the rooms. It is easy to walk to any store or restaurant in town. Consider booking a bus through the hotel if you do not have a car.

The staff was so helpful to us. I accidentally left my camera on the bus, and they spent significant time on the phone with the bus company helping me retrieve it. They were always friendly and helpful, and the best part of this hostel. Another highlight of the hostel is the extensive common area, which is clean and spacious. Soft drinks, beer, and meals are available there, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The hotel is a short walk, maybe 10 minutes, to the heart of the El Calafate restaurant/bar district. It’s also walkable to the bus station, perhaps 20-25 minutes. The luggage storage was large and very helpful for the 3 days we backpacked near Fitzroy. The private room with private bath was clean and simple. Wi-Fi worked well.

Para empezar la ubicación del hotel no es buena, está alejado del centro y no hay mucha gastronomía o comercios en la cercanía. El hotel es raro, a simple vista parece más moderno, pero las habitaciones son más antiguas con baños pequeños. Fuimos con una bebé y nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso y no hay ascensor, lo cual hizo bastante incómoda nuestra estadía ya que había que subir el cochecito y la bebé por escaleras cada vez que salíamos. Si nos hubieran alojado en la planta baja como hacen en otros establecimientos hubiera sido mucho más cómodo. Respecto el desayuno no es muy completo que digamos, y además es de 7 a 10 pero si uno va temprano todavía no está todo servido. El trato de la gente fue cordial, a diferencia del resto de la ciudad que deja bastante que desear. Por la tarifa que tiene, debe haber mejores opciones en el rango de las tres estrellas. No me pareció buena relación precio-calidad.
