I honestly didn't expect the bathrooms to be shared, as I thought each room would have its own private bathroom. But it's okay. Thankfully, my family and I were safe throughout our stay here. Although the bathroom are share, the cleanliness is always well maintained. The rubbish bins are also cleaned regularly, so there was no unpleasant smell around the outside of the rooms. I appreciate that. Thank you. However, what was very disappointing was the owner's and way of communicating with guests. On the first day, the fan and light in my room were not functioning properly. I needed to do some office work, but I had to use my phone flashlight because the room light was not working properly. The light was very dim, since the room also had no window, it was quite dark. That morning I called the number that had contacted me before my check-in date. I thought it was the accommodations service number,so I called it directly. However,tthe owner became angry with me. Eventually,I was moved to Room Aiman 2. Unfortunately,there were also some issues with the second room. The floor was wet and the mattress had not yet been properly prepared,perhaps because the previous costumer had just checked out. I contacted the service number through WhatsApp,but there was no response. When I returned night,I called the number directly. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding in the way the information was communicated,and as a costumer,I may also have misunderstood something. I can accept that.However,what really upset me was the owners rude choice of words and the accusation that I did not know how to read. What was even more offensive was the remark, ”Are you Indonesian?Don't you know how to read?”.I am Malaysia ok. That statement was inappropriate and made me feel as though I was being judged based on my nationality. As a business owner,I believe it is important to be careful and respectful when communicating with customers. There was nothing wrong with simply saying, ”Oh,I'm sorry,ma'am. I let my staff come and have a look at it shortly.”A simple and polite response like that would have made a big difference. As customers,we would also leave with a good impression and wish the owner well. I don't travel very often,but whenever I stay in other people's place,I always try to be respectful when dealing with others,whether by phone or face-to-face. This was the first time I experienced this kind of treatment. I hope other customers will not have to experience the same thing. For my next trip,I would not recommend this place. The owner really needs to improve the way they communicate with customers. Having a strategic location is not enough if the communication with customers is rude or disrespectful. Peace, no war. During my recent stay at Maxi Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the combination of luxury and comfort it provided. From the moment I checked in, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, like the complimentary toiletries and well-stocked minibar. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The on-site restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience, with a menu that featured both local and international cuisine. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's location. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. Despite being in a bustling area, the room was quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, Maxi Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

I had an overall pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, and the bed provided excellent comfort, ensuring a good night’s rest. I also appreciated the sense of safety within the hotel, which contributed greatly to a worry-free stay. The location is another strong point, as it is situated in the city and conveniently close to restaurants, shopping malls, and popular attractions. This made getting around both easy and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were consistently friendly and professional, which created a welcoming atmosphere. One area that could be improved is the check-in procedure. At present, the process requires the identity card of the person who made the booking. This can be inconvenient in cases where a reservation is made on behalf of family or friends as a surprise. Allowing check-in using the booking number or the guest’s name would provide a smoother and more flexible arrival experience. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel, with the hope that such enhancements to the check-in process can be considered in the future.
