The experience of spending several days relaxing in the hotel was very enjoyable. Everything in the hotel was perfect, Starting from the nice rooms till the way the staff treat the guests. Special thanks to the animation team, especially Ainura, she was a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She helped us to enjoy our time there. Also special thanks to Chef Imad for listening to all the comments about the food and for his keenness to provide the best possible quality and service. I hope to visit the place again

Stayed here for the 2nd time, can't fault the hotel or staff, they can't do enough for you, shout out to sayed he cooks the breakfast omelette lovely man also haney a waiter, cleaners do an amazing job, they have to deal with alot but that's down to the guests, thanks again we will return

Lovely hotel, pools are beautiful and the grounds are very pretty! The little bar in reception is great, all the staff are very friendly and always stop to say hello especially Bebo who took time to chat. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely return again.

From the start to the end of our 7 day stay we had no problems .The Staff from room service to the restaurant were friendly and helpful even to say that at times went out of they way to make sure that you was happy with everything. All inclusive is the way to go. Food was varied every day and of good quality. The 3 day Spa trea**ent was so needed and worth it leaving us feeling renewed. Location is very good with a beach a matter of yards away. Pool side had plenty of lounge bed and was very nice surrounds just to laze around in the sun which is what we done only doing 1 trip Quad biking/Camel riding and star gazing. It was a totally Relaxing Chilled out well deserve break from the full on daily routine of Life. We would considered coming back again next year.

Arrived very late, hot and cold food available before going to our room. On waking the next day we saw that we had been given a garden view room although we had paid for a side sea view room,we decided to stay put as we were quite happy with the location. What a beautiful place. All staff couldn’t do enough for you wether tipped or not. They work so hard and will do anything to help. Really happy with the food choices. The a la carte restaurants were great, in fact we went to the Indian restaurant 4 times. Mohammed and staff were very attentive, and the best Nan breads we’ve tasted. Lots of beach areas,we used the adults only beach. Snorkelling from the jetty was fantastic and we did this every day Pools lovely and clean. We used the adults only pool, the sun beds are the comfiest I’ve been on. We really enjoyed this holiday that we had with our friends. We would definitely return in fact I’ve already been looking for next year. Get yourself booked up,you won’t be disappointed.

Το ξενοδοχείο το βρήκα τυχαία κι αφού είδα καλες κριτικές το επέλεξα. Ταξίδεψα με την μητέρα μου και τις δυο αδερφές μου. Μόλις φτάσαμε το ξενοδοχείο απ εξω φαινόταν λίγο απεριποίητο. Ήταν πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο πολλές πισίνες. Το φαγητό ήταν εξίσου καλο …τα γλυκα του μπουφέ ήταν αδιάφορα..Στο μπαρ της μεγάλης πισίνας θα συναντήσετε τον Shady ο οποίος είναι ευγενέστατος και πάντα χαμογελαστός και εξυπηρετικός. Σε αντίθεση με τον Milad ο οποίος είναι εκεί μόνο για φιλοδώρημα και το εκφράζει πολύ έντονα και προσέχει μόνο όσους του αφήσουν φιλοδώρημα…Μείναμε 1123-1124 ο άνθρωπος που μας καθάριζε ήταν πολύ καθαρός και πολύ ευγενικός, τον ευχαριστουμε πολύ. Είχε ιδιωτική παραλία στην οποία δεν μπορούσες να μπεις από την στεριά μόνο από την γέφυρα και ήταν λίγο τρομακτικά…Στην ρεσεψιόν δεν ήταν καθολου εξυπηρετικοί αφού ζητήσαμε βοήθεια με την αλλαγή χρημάτων, εκτός από τον Μήνα…Ο μπάρμαν στο μπαρ της παραλίας ήταν αδιάφορος σέρβιρε μόνο όσους του άφηναν φιλοδώρημα οι υπόλοιποι έπρεπε να σηκωθούν και να πάνε στο μπαρ για να πάρουν το ποτό τους. Τα θετικά του ξενοδοχείου όμως ειναι περισσότερα από τα αρνητικα οποτε το συνιστώ για όποιον θέλει να πάει για χαλάρωση…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Savoy Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was a truly remarkable experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warmth and made me feel welcome. Their kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. I would like to extend a special mention to Mahmoud, the housekeeper assigned to my room. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my room was impeccably clean and well-maintained were commendable. Mahmoud’s friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced my stay. Room 2212

Chef Samy and the food in the dining room is great, the beach is great and the pool is good. My daughter eats gluten free food and the Chef was very helping. I brought gluten free pasta and pizza and he helped me a lot. Take notice that when the hotel is full you cant find a place to sit, the people who clean there mostly treat you not kindly. We had a bad experience with the room, the AC was too cold and it was broken, after calling 4 times house keeping, the technician came and couldnt fix it, at 22:00 we were moved to another room. The bed in the next room was so hard I bearly slept fot the two nights I've been there.

Very good servis of the staff, great approach to the visitorss, nice rooms, restaurants, clean beach. Ahmed Yousrv is the Best mojichito maker in the hotel👌😊 Good food, good sea good, people we love it, special peer we comeb back again here, we love it here. 😊👌😁👍

Everything was so fantastic! Food, rooms, staff was great. They always helped us with everything. They were helpful and friendly. beautiful environment and good food. and to top it all a beautiful underwater world.

We were treated as such valued guests & had a wonderful experience for the week we spent there! The staff in whatever job in the hotel couldn’t be more attentive & helpful The restaurants & pool/ beach were all great & kept to a high standard of hygiene & variety of meals. Breakfast was plentiful & varied in the main buffet restaurant. We particularly liked the seashells & chopsticks Asian restaurants but were disappointed we missed the Sheherezade restaurant as it was only open on Friday & Saturday ... next time! ❤️ the beach bar was lovely & I recommend the Sakura beer! Perfect! I hope we can return here for another holiday in the future, As nothing is too much trouble; wonderful staff throughout the hotel! On checkout we had trouble finding out our pick up time & reception rang the transfer firm to make sure our taxi had been ordered; they had to try several numbers but soon had it sorted for us! Great base for exploring - We visited Petra on Saturday which was a wonderful trip arranged by a local tour operator in resort. (It was EIRayhan but not on Tripadvisor) all in all a fantastic week & worth the long trek fro Sharm el Sheik airport. What a shame than no airline flies directly to Taba - we would come back!
