我們在這家度假村度過了愉快的時光。最好的是有車到達這裏。酒店很漂亮,綠化很多。早餐很棒,有很多當地美食可以嘗試。服務無可挑剔,標準很高。房間很大,足夠我們3個人,包括我們十幾歲的孩子。每個人都很善良,很好。自然專家Harish給我們做了關於kodava人(當地人)和大象的精彩演講。他知識淵博,我們在火上做了這件事,很可愛。晚上涼爽的天氣,游泳池應該更暖和,特別是如果可以控制溫度。入住的工作人員很好,但他們試圖在我們不需要的時候出售升級的房間。我們在全球無數的Mariott酒店住宿,這是第一次有人試圖賣給我們升級的房間,我認爲我們在我們的預訂房間舒適,這是錯誤的。如果你想升級,你應該免費提供,否則不要試圖以虛假的藉口看到一些東西,因爲他們說我們可能不舒服,因爲我們現有的預訂。牀單也需要更好地清潔,因爲有很多污漬。清潔度有待提高。除了這次住宿外,住宿非常棒,我們度過了愉快的時光。感謝所有工作人員,從入住到馬車司機,到代客司機,再到早餐工作人員。客房服務在我們的房間裏也有特別的歡迎招待和歡迎設計。所以餐廳工作人員提供了告別蛋糕。

酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer.
The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

評分不能保證真實情況,很失望的拿到了不符合照片的房間,廁所門也需要修一下,這樣洗澡水不造成洪水時,房間門損壞,冰箱一定要問,房間電話不通,孩子遊樂場區域很髒,蚊子很多。

Neesha Visvirnathan飯店位置和產品本身都不錯。除了前台，其他服務人員都很好。前台員工態度傲慢，不願提供協助，提供錯誤訊息，對自己的錯誤從不感到抱歉。他們應該向餐飲部、客房部和禮賓部學習如何待客。從入住到退房，每天都會遇到前台員工情緒低落的問題。他們很擅長掩蓋問題。前台的Amin人很好，能妥善解決問題，但如果只有他一個人，那就沒什麼意義了。希望管理階層能採取措施，安排他們接受訓練。

Good location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.
