Wow!  What an I say.  If could take a photo of a smell. You would be disgusted.  Directions were a bit confusing. Finally found the hotel.  Up to the front desk on the 10th floor.  Confusion… can’t find my booking.  Finally settled. Sent to 8th floor “fashion business suite.”  Two single beds. Big stain on the comforter. I think ok. Toss the comforter to the side and lay down. Drip drip drip. On my legs. Back to front desk and room swap. Black mold everywhere.   We ended up staying in that room “better than first room. “. But the smell is still lingering.  🤮🤮🤮 My friend feels sick now.  Dirty laundry pilled by the elevator and we decided to to walk down the stairs. Garbage everywhere. People peed and pop’s. In stairwell  look like they hadn’t cleaned the stairs ever.

Dark room. It has cockroach.  I have asked to get another room when I felt itchy stayed the room but they said they can’t will do tomorrow -it was never happened. Even though I stayed there for 4 nights, it is not cheap - very bad. I felt like flushing money into the toilet. Location ok if you are looking for food. A bid far to metro station

I have been here for 3 times already. The good thing about the place is the location--- near the ximending and it's not crowdes

Cockroach Infestation within the Room, had like 10+ cockroaches on the wall and bed on the day of check in, didnt notice until u start looking at the wall in details and some of the small roaches are under the bedsheet. Suggest to do Deinfestation for the whole hotel on 8F regularly and some touchup.

The room condition was horrible (dead insect, stained wallpaper and bedsheet, moldy smell of carpet). It’s a far cry from the photos shown on Trip.com. We paid a lot for one night and didn’t expect such quality. Counter staff, Mr. Zhang (our rating on service was inflated solely because of him) told us the hotel was fully booked and he couldn’t arrange a change of room but he got approval to fully refund us. He promptly confirmed with us of our room no. again by phone and at the door. On checking out, we asked when we could expect the refund, he said he couldn’t get through to Trip.com despite repeated tries. His female colleague then interjected and said we should contact Trip.com ourselves and get Trip.com to get in touch with the hotel to settle this refund. Strange arrangement but we did exactly that only to end up with Trip.com keep postponing (5 times as of now) the date on which we should expect the outcome. It’s been a week now and we are still waiting.
