在威尼斯俱樂部的希爾頓酒店預訂了2晚住宿。我們剛從遊輪出發,上午11點到達。無法入住到下午3點,這很不幸。可以進入行政休息室,說我很失望,這是個保守的說法,看上去就像主休息室的走廊,因爲沒有堅實的分隔器,噪音太大了,曾經在全世界使用過希爾頓品牌,作爲過去的鑽石會員,對這家感到失望。下午3點入住後,我們去了3樓的房間,因爲有很多走廊可以導航到房間,所以帶了點東西留下痕跡。這套西裝既大又整潔,但總的來說,它看上去很過時,分層的儲藏浴室很大,浴室和淋浴都有問題,排水問題。淋浴中也有很多黴菌不是我看了很多電視,而是隻有3個英語頻道,2個新聞節目需要大量的蟲子噴霧,因爲酒店裏有很多蟲子,它們咬了很多好的班車到聖馬克斯,每30分鐘,一次只需要39個帕克斯,所以在繁忙的時候要小心。從未在酒店用餐,所以無法評論。天空酒吧對威尼斯和酒吧工作人員的美景非常友好。很忙

最滿意的是床品，公共空間很美。酒店每天的房價波動有點大。威尼斯反正都是步行。我們把換洗的必要的東西放背包，行李箱寄酒店。等下午15點以後再查是否有便宜價格出來。或者走到哪裡看到中意的酒店就直接住進去。威尼斯新出太多好的五星級酒店了。大可以多嘗試！

Starting with a private boat ride to the hotel is a great way to get there. The location is close to the iconic rialto bridge. When you get in you get a quick explanation of the history and background of the building and it's (former) owners. It has limited number of rooms that are fully equipped and modern by every standard, super quiet airco/heater, high end tv with apple tv, free bar in room, etc. All of which you would expect for the price tag. The location is perfect and if you don't know it and want to reach it by walking, good luck in finding the entrance! Unfortunately the wellness was closed due to Covid. The staff is very helpful and attentive in general. The breakfast was great, you ask what you want and they serve it. The view from the breakfast room was amazing, the chairs for a 5 foot 6 inch (197 cm) are a little challenge, it is like sitting in an old 911! We tried to get lunch and after an initial glitch were able to get the dinner menu. We also tried dinner and were taking the recommendation of the chef, which was the only point we weren't impressed about. Overall i have to say it is worth a short stay to explore the town, and also enjoy this magical place!

性價比超級高的選擇！酒店位置離聖露琪亞車站不遠，省了拖着行李在城裡走很久的麻煩。不過也是要過幾座橋的。 酒店價格是這次旅行最低的（而且是含早之後最低），但是體驗感算是最好的。辦理入住的小姐姐是難得一見的美音英語交流（意式英語真的很難動😭）入住很快。 整個酒店是電影主題，因為威尼斯電影節的當地特色吧。大堂放了很多超棒的電影書籍雜誌，翻閲需要和工作人員説一下。牆面也有很多老照片，而且做了展簽註解。 早餐也棒！餐廳名字都是膠片的8mm😊總的來説是很好很好的威尼斯住宿選擇！

網上看到這家位於威尼斯主島上的百年歷史酒店已經被吸引了於是立即預訂。跟想象中的基本一致，於聖馬可廣場附近位置優越，到主要景點幾步之遙而已而且周邊名店林立觀光shopping 都很方便。古典的內部裝修風格漂亮別緻而且帶有獨特的的歷史色彩，酒店職員也自帶一種冷酷專業的高級感。一樓有個帶有鋼琴且古典優雅的休息空間非常適合拍照打卡，不要錯過！早餐種類合理食物也新鮮。預訂不到高級房衹訂到一般大床房，房內空間有點小，我們兩個大行李箱同時打開的話房內便沒有空間走動了，否則另他都完美。

如今威尼斯的價格太貴了,很難判斷你是否過度支付。不過這家酒店的位置非常理想。我認爲大多數酒店對他們來說都有較古老的傳統外觀,所以也許這與課程一樣。但是位置之外,這個地方沒有太多非常好或偉大的東西。早餐有很多選擇,但食物不是那麼好。房間就像人們想象的那樣基本和過時。工作人員很友好,但沒什麼特別的。我們在9月底支付了大約$250/night。對於這樣的地方感覺好多了但是再次...可能這很划算。很難說。

我和老媽當時住的是一間套房,裏面只有一張床,不過這倒沒啥關係。我們的房間位於酒店大樓的右邊,有一條小巷通向那裡。你們可能會覺得這有點不太靠譜,但其實也沒什麼,威尼斯有很多小巷子。而且這樣一來我們的房間就安靜得多了。我們很難理解為什麼酒店提供的是套房而不是標準的房間(我們很喜歡住標準房),不過這間套房非常乾淨,裏面還有兩把扶手椅(此外還有一把書桌椅)。房間里的電視可以收看到BBC國際台。浴室里沒有浴缸,但淋浴器很棒(水壓挺大的),房間里的床是一張四柱床。早餐費沒有包含在房費中,每人每天7歐元(約合人民幣70元),餐廳位於酒店的主體部分。早餐還是挺值的,有麥片、新鮮水果、水煮雞蛋、冷凍肉和奶酪。機器自製的咖啡不是很好喝,不過你可以讓女服務員給你做一杯(免費的)。 健怡可樂和酒都是每杯5歐元(約合人民幣50元),在大運河沿岸的酒店裡這樣的收費水標準還算是比較正常的--習慣就好了。我們初到這家酒店已是晚上10點鐘了,在酒店的建議下我們就吃了他們這兒的意大利面--不但貴,而且還不是那麼好吃,不過倒也能填飽肚子。 酒店的交通情況:如果你從來沒去過威尼斯的話,你得記住威尼斯有很多水道。大運河上只有四座橋。你到了羅馬廣場之後(如果你是坐飛機來的,你一般會先到羅馬廣場),換乘公交巴士,然後你隨便在什麼地方都可以下車。你得記着往“新橋”方向走--它看起來比較新。不過不要過新橋,在橋下右轉后再一直向前走,至少再走過一座橫跨在小運河上的橋(可能得要走過兩座橋),然後酒店就在你的右手邊了。請看看酒店的照片哈。它就在火車站對面,是長長的一段低房子,裝飾中帶有現代藝術氣息。 在威尼斯旅遊的一般建議:出去的時候記得帶上地圖(Time out是一本很好的導遊書)。記清楚你喜歡的餐廳的營業時間,不然你去了之後發現餐廳關着門就會比較鬱悶了。酒店一般會收取服務費--可能會提供的麵包和一些服務。服務費每人一歐元到五歐元不等(約合人民幣10-50元)。 慕拉諾島(Murano)和麗都島(Lido)一樣值得一游。我們當時花了16歐元(約合人民幣160元)買了一張12小時的乘船卡,後來就充分地使用了這張卡。

我們在這家酒店住了2晚,我只能說體驗很精緻。工作人員照顧我們,確保我們在整個訪問期間都感到舒適。房間裏的裝飾令人驚歎的威尼斯人,帶有皇家的感覺。早餐是歐式,有各種珠子和肉,沙漠櫃檯品種多樣,早上很受歡迎。酒吧整晚營業,坐在碼頭邊喝雞尾酒,看着運河交通是令人歎爲觀止的體驗。我一定會喜歡回來體驗一下這裏的好客。

首先，酒店的地理位置出行十分方便，酒店門口就是輪渡乘降點，乘降點分ABC等幾個口，最遠的口離酒店不到300米，出行坐船十分便捷。其次，酒店非常乾淨，衛浴好似新換過的，洗浴東西都不錯。第三，酒店的工作人員非常棒，既有耐心又有愛心。我們中午到的，雖沒到入住時間，但前台帥哥還是熱情地給我們辦理了入住手續，熱情地講解地圖景點，看見我們有時聽不懂意式英語，就用筆把單詞寫在紙上，令我十分感動。條件允許的話，訂有陽台的景觀房，雖貴一些但十分值得。

不錯，是以後到威尼斯市裡的首選酒店。性價比很高。地理位置很絕，就在梅斯特火車站對面，1分鐘就到。我們從機場坐大巴過來，在火車站門口的公交站點停車，就在酒店正對面。 去奧萊的話，酒店左前方就是主島過來的車的停車轉接站點。 酒店內早點、床品、枕頭、床墊都在這個價格帶的正常的水平。房間基礎設施一般。 喜歡吃中餐的話，酒店左首100米有2箇中餐，右首往南有一箇中國人開的小超市。往左走300左右的街道紅綠燈西南角有一家評分挺高的飯店，試了一下，還可以，朋友初到意大利，對這兒的比薩讚不絕口，而我最喜歡這裏的提拉米蘇。我吃過的上百次中的第一軟糯絲滑。 不住五星時，這裡會是首選。

an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

我們是第一次來威尼斯的遊客,都度過了一段美好的時光,多麼美麗的地方。我們住在實際酒店對面的6號房間。Pros Hotel在到達時距離火車/公共汽車/船都步行可達。步行約10分鐘左右。淋浴溫暖而有力。房間和浴室乾淨整潔。提供洗漱用品(不過自帶或自帶)WiFi在房間中效果很好。每天早上牀都整理乾淨,必要時提供乾淨的毛巾。工作人員很有禮貌,總體不錯。缺點無法控制空調(沒有遙控器)也無法通過使用椅子和按鈕關閉這個??(這需要排序,因爲晚上房間太熱了)。早餐相當差。提供奶酪和冷肉。果汁,麥片粥。冷煮雞蛋和液體。(不過這只是我們的意見)。房間有點過時,也許可以換個新沙發和新鮮的油漆。(但不大關注)。我們的房間在牆頂上有兩個很小的窗戶,現在我們到了樓的後面,萬一發生火災,我們就沒有地方逃生了。(這些小窗戶是窗簾後面,覆蓋着整個牆壁,我們以爲可以看到一些風景,但感覺不像在監獄裏)。第二天早上,桌子後面的那位先生確實問我們是否想把房間從雙人房改成單人房。(不過我們拒絕了,因爲我們顯然是兩個女人在一段關係中🙄,所以我們堅持能睡在同一張牀上)。然而,不管那些缺點,我的搭檔說她願意再次在那裏住。不全是壞的。總的來說,我們對住宿感到滿意。

Έψαχνα ξενοδοχείο κοντά στον σταθμό γιατί θα έφευγα ξημερώματα...Νομίζω μία καλή επιλογή..Μονόκλινο δωμάτιο λίγο μικρό αλλά ζεστό καθαρό με ωραίο στρώμα και πάπλωμα και κυρίως ήσυχο γιατί έβλεπε στην πίσω πλευρά του ξενοδοχείου! Πρωινό ζήτησα για τον δρόμο κάτι που είχαν έτοιμο με βασικά είδη (κρουασάν, χυμός, μήλο, φρυγανιές, ψωμί, μαρμελάδα και νουτελα) Το ατού του ξενοδοχείου είναι δίπλα στον σταθμό των τρένων και λεωφορείων..Για να πας όμως στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου θέλεις 1 ώρα με τα πόδια ή το βαπορέτο ανάλογα τις ώρες...Ακόμα είναι κοντά στην εβραϊκή συνοικία της Βενετίας και γενικά η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και δεν τις λείπει τίποτα από εστιατόρια και καφέ! Ένα μπράβο στους ανθρώπους τις υποδοχής που έκαναν σωστά την δουλειά τους! Και βέβαια θα το επέλεγα πάλι...Η Βενετία δεν είναι για μια ούτε δύο φορές..Εμένα ήταν η τρίτη φορά...

I have been in Italy for almost a month and it has been a fantastic experience. I never write reviews but this place was unacceptable. Not only was the manger NICHOLAS VIABELLO a mean person from the beginning, but he laughed in my face when I told him my key did not work late at night to get me in. I had to wait outside by myself for over an hour to be let in. Imagine being a woman by herself in a foreign country locked out of her hotel…… I gave the hotel a second chance when I went to breakfast only to wait 20 minutes for a hard boiled egg and inedible ham and I am not a picky eater at all. I mean I’ll pretty much eat anything. Don’t come here… spend the extra $50 a night somewhere else. I’ve been a bartender for 16 years and have met a lot of people. This manager should be fired and knows nothing about hospitality and clearly hates Americans. If the owner is reading this please give me a call because he refused to give me your information.

Pretty and perfect location. Basic yet traditional 200yards from the main part and 75 yards from the shops. Facing Gucci Great staff Best part was taking advantage of the free private boat to Murano island which we shared with another couple. I asked for a room overlooking the canal and it was just beautiful.

Ich war hier für 3 Nächte untergebracht. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Nur paar Minuten zum Bahnhof und eine Vaporetto Station quasi direkt vor der Tür. Auch Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ( EZ unterm Dach ) ist sehr klein, spartanisch eingerichtet, einer steilen Treppe und die Decke ist sehr niedrig, sodass ich mit meinen 1,80m nicht aufrecht stehen konnte. Auch das Bad ist winzig. Wenn man groß ist oder sehr korpulent, wird es schwierig. Ich stieß mit den Knien an der Wand an, als ich auf dem WC saß. Nach meiner Ankunft fand ich Haare am Boden und Staub, der nicht erst einen Tag alt war. Was ich ziemlich eklig fand. Nachdem ich es dem Gastgeber mitteilte, wurde mein Zimmer umgehend geputzt und danach war es in Ordnung. Mir wurde als Entschuldigung die ”tassa di Soggiorno” erlassen. Das war sehr nett. Sergio war schon freundlich, aber nicht übermäßig, wie schon ich schon in anderen Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Die berühmte italienische Freundlichkeit und Art habe ich nicht erleben dürfen. Besonders hervorragend ist das liebevolle und von Marcella handgemachte Frühstück. Sie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die mich mit allem versorgt hat, was ich brauchte. Auch Tipps, was man gesehen haben sollte. Vielen Dank, Marcella hierfür. 😊 Venedig ist eine atemberaubend schöne Stadt und ich komme sicher wieder. Werde aber eine andere Unterkunft wählen!

This hotel is advertised as 3 stars, but comes nowhere near to meeting the minimum requirements for 3 stars - It may have been a long time ago but it is definitely not anymore. Staff are not Italian, but from Bangladesh. Communication was an issue - there was only one staff member that worked in the afternoon that could understand English. If you ask them to order you a taxi, they get one of their ”friends” to transport you (which costs more than a normal taxi). The rooms are very small and tired. The bathroom floors are very slippery - my mother fell and hurt herself. Check-in was only available from 3 pm. We arrived on an 11 am flight and were made to wait till 3 pm. There is nowhere to leave luggage securely until check-in. After waiting till 3.30, the cleaner was still busy in the room when we went upstairs to settle in. There is no dining facility (the dining room is closed up). The air-conditioning only operates in the cooler hours of the day - not active between 1 am and 6 am and also between 9 am and 4 pm, which are the hottest parts when needed most and turns off if you open a window and you have to call reception to reset it. It turns off when you leave the room and remove the key. Lots of mosquitoes. We had two different rooms during our stay and both had issues with non-working lights and power points, no bar fridge, and only 1 skinny pillow (more were supplied after multiple requests). There is a lift, but only large enough for one person and a small suitcase. the two of us had to take turns in the lift with our suitcases. There is nowhere in the bathroom to put clothes, toiletries, etc (only one small towel rail and hook) - nowhere in the shower for soaps, etc. Rooms are only serviced (cleaned and re-stocked) every second day. It is convenient to public transport, however, there are very limited and mostly poor eating options in the area. The beds were comfy enough. Only Italian channels were available on the TV in the room.

喜歡:靠近機場,但帶輪式行李箱不能步行,所以需要出租車20e才能繞過拐角。房間可以過夜,有水壺和單袋茶/咖啡(沒有牛奶)。體面的浴室。一樓的房間,落地窗,在一個非常愉快的柱廊,在接待處的酒吧喝酒(慷慨的措施)。對面的艾杜福蓋裏餐廳很棒。外面隔音很好,早上喝杯茶,發現我們房間外面有十幾個人喝咖啡。不喜歡:上面木地板沒有隔音,客人似乎在03.30和08.00一起開派對,所以睡眠很少。這些房間描述了我被告知的套房,裏面有一個夾層和一張小雙人牀。我們按要求在10.30退房,想坐在外面喝咖啡,直到去機場接我們的其他聚會,他們可以賣給我們一杯咖啡,但11點沒有人可以給我們另一個咖啡,這對一個非常貧窮酒店。給我們打電話叫了私人出租車,但建議是20/25e,直到我明確表示只期望是20e.

I was reading through the reviews and I see that the owner will most likely respond to this review since it is one star. I still want to share my opinion in the most respectful and professional way I can. The rooms in the summer are hot. I was told that they will not move the temperature for the full building any bellow 26C. The solution was to open the window, but being a sensitive allergy person I was worried about all the bug bites. In addition security concerns are a valid point for not opening the window all night as well. The beds are ok, you get what you pay for, but I would suggest bringing your own pillow. The shower is good and the rooms are clean. It would be a higher rating if I was able to sleep in a very hot room.

Πολύ καθαρό έως να λάμπει, από την ρεσεψιόν έως τα δωμάτια. οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι εξαιρετικοί και άψογα διακοσμημένοι καθώς και τα δωμάτια με πολύ ευχάριστη αίσθηση της καθαρής απλής πολυτέλειας. πρίζες παντού καθώς και για την διαφορά ρεύματος μπορείς να απευθυνθείς στην ρεσεψιόν για αντάπτορα και κάθε άλλη βοήθεια. Το πρωινό και το γεύμα χωρίς αξιόλογες απαιτήσεις. Θα είναι επιλογή μου σε επίσκεψη στην Βενετία χωρίς γκρουπ!

I went on a trip with my daughter and we had the pleasure of staying two nights at the hotel. It starts with the check in, which was warm and welcoming. We were given a small tour and history of the floor we stayed on and then shown our room. WOW - it was spacious, spotless and serene. We had a garden view room and it does not disappoint. The balcony was magical and the tranquil gardens were inviting. The bathroom is huge and comes with Ferragamo toiletries, which smells heavenly and feel as luxurious as you expect. The bed is comfortable and big without feeling overwhelming. The daily breakfast was wonderful. It is not buffet style, which I was happily surprised by. The dining room is not too big, so you would think it would feel crowded and be loud. It was neither. The guest service - being recommended where to enjoy a great meal and then having them make a reservation for you - was appreciated and just that extra touch. I can’t wait to go back.

This was a fantastic place to base for our 4 nights in Venice. It was not far from the vaporetto stops and also it was easy to walk to the nearby attractions and had many food choices just south of the accommodation. Not to mention the little cafe below the building and the gelato shop. The host, Giampaulo, was always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. He would always listen to me rambling with a new Italian word on each occasion he was in the front office with a cheerful smile. The room had a view of the canal right in front and was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very comfortable and on the first night Giampaulo supplied a bottle of wine and on departing some venetian biscuits were also given to us as a thankyou. I would not hesitate to stay again as it is quite peaceful and very comfortable within walking distance of main attractions.

The room is clean and big enough. The bathroom is out of age but still acceptable. You can get a transportation ticket at the hotel, very practical. The bus stop is very close. But the breakfast is really poor. Only Lidl products. Not a lot of variety. You have to ask for everything. They bring it .., if it’s not too crowded. We missed toilet paper and the cleaner didn’t bring it… The personal is kind until you ask something special … For the price and place is correct but don’t expect too much.

My wife and I traveled to Italy for two week in October . Our trip started in Venice and we spent 4 days and 3 nights @ Ca Rialto House Hotel . The hotel in located steps away from Rialto bridge and the water taxi is located steps away form hotel front door The hotel is very old as our most things in Venice , the lobby is nice , the staff is wonderful and go out of their way to to take care of their guest Are room was on the small side , we had 2 Windows that over looked an alley , so not much of view . Room was decorated in traditional Old Italian decor , it was reallnice and I came to appreciate it more and more . We had nice bathroom , shower had lots of water pressure and hot water . The AC worked fantastic I mentioned the room ws on smaller side , but once we organized our suits cases it was more than ample space . We were out all day and if the afternoons we would come back and enjoy our room . The hotel offered a nice breakfast every morning , and there were 2 or 3 restaurants and coffee bars right outside of the front door Hotel is centrally located at rialto bridge , it is an easy walk to San Marks square and other areas of Venice . We venture to the neighborhoods across the Rialto bridge , we found lots of great restaurants and cafes with a lot less tourist . Overall we loved our stay at Ca Rialto and would definitey stay here again The also have outside deck that offers a view of the Grand Cannel , great spot to bring bottle of wine and drink on the deck and enjoy the view

We stayed here for 3 nights early September for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was the first time we’d been to Venice and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Before I write the hotel review, I would like to highlight to travellers that haven’t been to Venice before and perhaps aren’t aware of how the travel works to and from the airport that no cars are allowed onto the Venice island. We weren’t aware of this before we travelled and paid €90 (£80) for a taxi that drops you at the termini. You then head over a very large bridge and walk to your hotel. I would recommend that you take the bus from the airport which takes the same length of time for around €11 (£10). The buses leave the airport terminal frequently. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from the termini. I would recommend paying the £2 roaming fees (check price with your network provider) as it would have been impossible to find the hotel without- we arrived quite late at night. We had let the hotel know that we would be arriving late and they arranged for a member of staff to be there to greet us. The hotel is small, with very few rooms, but lovely and very comfortable. Our bedroom had a balcony that looked onto the canal- not sure all rooms do, so definitely ask if this option is available as the view was beautiful in the morning. Although the room also overlooked the streets it was very quiet and we weren’t disturbed. Breakfast was tasty- it was a cold breakfast of cereal, yogurt, meats, cheese, rolls and pastries and the coffee was delicious! There are lots restaurants and bars close to the hotel. You will find that a lot of them around lunch and dinner will not serve drinks only- you will need to search out these places that will. A lot of people tend to head towards the Grand Canal for meals. You will pay extra in these places and to be honest they aren’t as nice as the cute quirky places around the side streets. There is a very small pizza/pasta place with canal side eating, close to the hotel called Al Garzoti. It’s highly rated on trip advisor and was delicious and cheap- it gets very busy so you will need to book. We didn’t take a gondola, but there are plenty of these available. If I remember rightly a 30 minute ride was around €70. We did take one of the boat trips to a couple of the neighbouring islands- I would definitely recommend seeing Burano. The colourful houses and buildings are so pretty! These boat rides are pretty reasonably priced. Enjoy your trip to Venice! :)

L hotel sembra carino ma poi, vedendo le camere, sono molto datate, la moquette vecchia e sporca, ragnatele e non troppo pulita. È vicino al centro e c'è un piccolo parcheggio al interno del cortile ma molto stretto. Se avessi letto le recensioni prima non sarei venuta. Dovrebbe essere un B&B ma non fanno la colazione e bisogna andare al bar. Per fortuna che ci sono stata solo x una notte... Non ci tornerò.
