房間位置不錯 離火車站走路5分鐘， 工作人員服務態度好，但是房間沒有吹風機，4月底的荷蘭房間裏還是有點冷的，這個酒店算是性價比不錯的啦，我是坐大巴來的阿姆斯特丹，離大巴的上車地點很近，所以就選擇這個酒店了

酒店乾淨，空間大，視野廣濶，窗外便是 近在咫尺的火車站， 但不會有噪音。酒店 雖然不是在市區內， 但價格比在阿姆斯特丹火車站的附近酒店較平及靜中帶旺，由市區的火車站到座落在假日酒店的Sloterdijk 火車站只相隔一站，車程5分鐘，再由火車站出口返酒店只在隔離，1分鐘路程，非常方便快捷，旅客車票可買二日任搭 pass, EUR24, 適用火車，電車，地鐵。 酒店服務員態度和善，另可寄存行李，早餐也很豐富。 值得推介及下次有機會會再次選擇。

Let me start on a positive note, for it would be a disservice to neglect the shining beacon of hope that was the reception. The customer service there was an oasis amidst the barren desert of disappointment. The receptionists, with their unwavering smiles and polite demeanor, almost made me forget that I was entering the twilight zone. But alas, once I ventured beyond the cheery reception area, reality took a nosedive. The corridors seemed to have been designed by a maze-loving architect who had a grudge against sanity. The room itself was a fascinating blend of outdated decor and questionable cleanliness. It felt like a time capsule from the '80s, with carpets that had seen more travelers than Amsterdam's canals have seen bicycles. The beds were, well, a mystery. Sleeping on a mattress so soft is like cuddling with a marshmallow that refuses to let go in the morning! As night fell, I settled in for what I hoped would be a peaceful slumber. Oh, how wrong I was! The thin walls turned my neighbors' conversations into an impromptu symphony of sleeplessness. It felt like I had a front-row seat to an Amsterdam-themed episode of ”The Jerry Springer Show.” And let's not forget the unique amenities this hotel offers! Apparently, the New West Inn prides itself on a state-of-the-art plumbing system that faithfully mimics the soothing sounds of a waterfall. I half-expected to find a misplaced Amazonian jungle behind the bathroom door. To sum it all up, my stay at the New West Inn Hotel was a twisted adventure that will be etched in my memory forever. This was a journey of endurance I never signed up for. But let it be known, in this tale of woe, the receptionists shone like diamonds in the rough. Their impeccable customer service provided a glimmer of hope in an otherwise surreal experience. As for the New West Inn Hotel, it shall forever hold the title of ”Amsterdam's Weirdest Adventure,” a dubious honor that only the brave dare to undertake. Proceed at your own risk, fellow travelers, and may the odds be ever in your favor!

早餐好吃，房間乾淨但不大，唯一缺點是浴室沒有門、設計感覺上怪怪的！很容易把整個浴室淋濕到處都是，其他還不錯，地理位置優越並且每日都有客房服務。附有洗衣房，與隔壁酒店共用，需操作app付款，流程稍繁瑣。

這是整個歐洲之行最滿意的酒店，兩麪窗戶，冰箱，彩電，大沙發，還有大床，保險柜，就差浴缸了，房間也夠大。服務員服務好，非常nice，最重要這裏到中心不遠，坐公交軌道車到景點非常方便，半夜也有車。下次還來。

We had a great stay at Urban Lodge. We booked a connecting room which really suited us as a family, the room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We had a mini fridge in one of the rooms which was handy. The beds were really comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet for a hotel (no banging doors, loud voices in the corridor or traffic noise). You do have to let the hotel know in advance if you want your room cleaned during your stay (it's not done automatically). Breakfast was plentiful with a good range- only point for improvement here would be to have another member of staff as it did take a little while for crockery/utensils/food to be replenished. Nevertheless, the staff who were doing breakfast did work hard at keeping up with everything! The hotel is really well placed for visiting Amsterdam, we brought a travel card and used trains to get about. There is a direct train to Sloterdijk from the airport (takes about fifteen minutes) and they run very regularly.From Sloterdijk there is a direct train into Amsterdam central (takes about five minutes) and again they run very regularly. The hotel is about a five minute walk from Sloterdjik station. There's a Spar supermarket at the station which sells really good value fresh food which we used a few times. All the staff, at the hotel, were friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Urban Lodge for a stay in Amsterdam.

先説優點，房間挺大，早餐在歐洲平價酒店裡算不錯的，還遇到一波中國人，應該是旅遊團，説明還是蠻有人氣的。 沒有提供瓶裝水。應該是這邊水質不行，塑料燒水壺裡麪一層厚厚的白色水垢，很久沒人用了，巨臟不敢用。 附近似乎沒有商店，也沒啥逛的，出去坐公交走五分鐘吧，地鐵需要走上十分鐘樣子。 下午三點才能入住，別來太早。

優質的價格是偉大的。我們是從機場10:00左右直接到達的，他們給了我們毫無問題的房間。儘管它們正在建造中，但都非常乾淨。我們在房間裏放了一個咖啡機，每天都為膠囊和茶裝滿咖啡。早餐是很基本的，但我認為這對它的價格來說是非常好的，總會有人補充並等待着一切。 位置還不錯。有幾個直達市中心和電車的巴士。到了晚上，有一輛夜間巴士將您送至酒店門口。到機場有直達巴士也很好。。。它比火車要慢，但是直達又便宜。總的來說，這是一次很棒的經歷，我一定會再回來的。

機場乘ICdirect直達AmsCtrlStation, 站後有免費渡輪到旅舍，班次頻密。激讃特別容許我們提早checkin, 讓我們免除行李托管費。旅舍早餐buffet from 7am對乘早機離開的旅客是個不錯的選擇，現場接受cashless payment, 性價比尚可。旅舍後有超市營業至晚上10點，不愁沒有地方選購食物及用品。 假如連續住幾天，早上9時前要自己要求安排執房/倒垃圾等、拿用過的毛巾更換乾淨的、要求補toilet paper, 提供少量的shampoo和body wash，房間沒有冷氣設備（trip.Com說我訂的房間有冷氣免費，這個不用想！），有需要可要求放把強力的風扇在房，揍合用。洗手盤和某毛巾有點污蹟，考慮是青年旅社，… 整體而言，性價比不錯，但可能會有更理想的選擇。
